Wtf false posco cases from own kids? Thats diagusting and only a vile woman will come to think of that.

It's extremely common. It's being filed on neighbors too, for petty disputes. Since identity of women complainants is never revealed, and cases are fought in camera, it's an open season.

    Vs neighbour:

I have 2-3 news clippings of girls filing false POCSO cases on father or brothers just because they refused her affairs, and the juvenile protection center runner saying his center has 4-5 similar cases, where girl now wants to go back to stay with parents and the mother is refusing to take her back. Fathers are in jail. Recently one high court refused to grant bail to father because the judge thought it's impossible for daughter to lie

On similar lines, one woman gave birth merely 17 days after marriage, and told husband and his family that her father and brother r*ped her. DNA test revealed that it was her BF's baby and he asked her to say this. The BF was arrested and she was let go

We rarely have national TV media cover this though.

Prenups are crucial and should be legalised.

Doesn't matter in India. Wives can still file 498a, 377, dv act, 125, hma 24/sma 36, HAMA 18 to pressurise husband and demand more money than agreed in prenup. One guy I know is ready to give 50 lakhs but his wife is adamant on 95 lakhs. Marriage is already over since 4 years. Both have filed Divorce in same building. She has filed whole package too and almost cost him his job. He filed bunch of RTIs which led her brother losing his government contracts etc. It's just a f**king mess.

Another guy spent a month in Pune's Yerwada jail because his wife filed false POCSO case on him by saying he showed his private parts their daughter and gave a hand job to her 5 year old son. Demand was 2 crores when he has already spent 1.8 crore on her and when he stopped giving money, she booked him. He got bail because he has CCTV footage of being in office at the time she gave in her complaint. Case is running since 3 years and she or her children haven't attended the dates. Kicker is that she has already filed maintenance case and is attending those dates regularly.

Filing false POCSO complaints on family members after marriage gone sour is a norm now. Recently Bombay High court acquitted a father and his brother from POCSO charges against his 14 year old daughter, after judge found that kid's mother daughter taught her to complain and medical examination revealed hymen was intact.

Now tell me, how will prenups fix this? The problem is much deeper than prenups. These cases are filed in all classes of society and are increasing exponentially. A Ghaziabad district senior advocate told me that around 20 years ago, there was only one maintenance case in entire court, and now around 250 cases are having dates each week.

He was literally managing the bowlers entire time. But this is a good strategy, haaro toh Dhoni captian nahi hai. Jeeto toh spread memes ki still the unofficial captain with him standing with the bowlers

  4. There's this homeopathic medicine which my mom and sister took when they had hair fall due to Covid. Miraculously their hair fall stopped within a month of taking that medicine. Who knows if it was placebo or real, but no harm in trying if anyone is suffering from hair fall. Personally I don't trust alternative medicine at all, but in such cases there is not much to lose.

True brother, no awareness regarding the laws. Women are well aware of all the laws but when I ask my friends & colleagues of they are aware about the laws they are clueless.

One of my ex friends used to say as long as people keep getting married & laws don't change he will keep making money. Divorce is a huge business all over the world.

It is. 70% of lawyers earn money via matrimonial cases. This is why it should be said: Learn laws before vows.

Stupid way to challenge this in high court. If men fight cases properly in lower/family courts, instead of relying on the moron advocates, they won't need to go to HC. Laws are horrible but there are ways to fight maintenance cases when wife is already working. Heck I know many cases when housewives have been denied maintenance by showing they are capable of earning but are sitting at home and want to freeload on man's money.

By going unprepared to High court and supreme court, not only men are screwing themselves but other men too. Morons.

And there is very little to zero awareness about maintenance exploitation aka legal extortion of husbands in India. People only harp about false criminal cases, but real killers are maintenance cases because they hit the men where it hurts most: a man's wallet.

India has some of the worst maintenance and alimony laws in the whole world.
