Definitely a fun ride. Feels like a mix of Uncharted and Little Big Planet with co-op shenanigans thrown into the mix. If you have EA Play, definitely give it a try.

The scenario where you can just visit a shop or a website and see PS5 stock lying around to make a purchase isn't going to happen any time soon.
Making connections with your local retailers is the best way to get one.

Got a call from my local Lulu Hypermarket that they had a piece in stock. It was a PS5 Demons Souls bundle for 54k and I immediately placed the order.
Apparently they get stock one at a time and they go through a waiting list calling each customer. These consoles do not even make the shop inventory before they get sold.
I had requested them to call me about a month ago. So the waiting period wasn't that long. They had called me earlier for the digital version for 40k which I declined.
My suggestion is to hit up your local electronics retailer and request them to give you a call if they get a piece in stock.

You also don't need dedicated GPU for it. You should be fine with integrated graphics.
8 GB is enough at 2666 Mhz. If price difference is not much between 2666 and 3000+ get the latter.
Carbide case is fine though comes with only 1 fan. You can find similar priced cases with more fans (like Antec). Better in long run and won't have to spend on extra fans.
CV is same as VS. Avoid. Get CX as recommended.

I know league runs on a toaster but I’d like to build a semi decent PC while I’m at it. My PS4 is long in the tooth and I won’t be getting a PS5 for another year. So this would act as a transitional gaming machine/esports rig.
Does a basic H410 board (Gigabyte or Galax 410M elite) support more than 2666Mhz? The price difference between 2666 and 3000 range between 2-3k with the possible need of a better mobo. I’ve read Intel is not nearly as fussy about faster ram as a Ryzen would be. So I decided to same some penny there. 8vs16 GB is a tougher call but the mobo only has 2 slots making future upgrade difficult since I will be going dual channel.
I just really like the look of the spec 1. Is the Antec GX202 a good option? I find the looks of that one passable. I do not like too much RGB stuff.
I couldn’t find a cx on Amazon. I’ll look more into it since a lot of guys are advising against cv.

Hello PC peeps! I’ve not been following the scene for good while. But I now find myself in need of building a PC. The aim is to play most games at 1080p60 but knowing myself I’d just play League of legends on it. Budget is 30-35k not including peripherals and hdd which I can scavenge from my old PC. This is the build I’ve come up with my brief googling skills. Let me know if it’s any good and how it can be improved. Thanks!

PS4 community will be important in the sense that they need PS4 owners to switch over to PS5. They can do that by releasing true next gen games on the PS5, not half assing ports over to an 8 year old system.

Got me a Zelos Swordfish. Pretty good specs with a full lume dial and tool less quick adjust. 30k including taxes etc imo is very good value for what it is (titanium case and bracelet, sapphire crystal, ceramic bezel, NH35 movement).

Don’t really care about cross gen support for the PS4. I have no intention of paying for a game on PS4 when I know I can play a better version of it on the PS5.
Plenty of PS4 games out there that I haven’t yet bought and even more that I have bought and not played. Imma chill with my PS4 for the next 12-18 months and hopefully by then Sony would have sorted all the early adopter hiccups and I can buy a solid console with a decent library of proper next gen titles.
I just need all my PS4 library to carry over to PS5. I don’t want to keep around 2 consoles and I don’t want to lose all my PS4 games either.

It is poetic justice that an eye poke contributed to DC’s downfall in his supposed final match. Now just need the same to happen to Bones as well, preferably by someone who’s roided to the gills. Both notorious eye pokers.

Yeah that’s par for the course once your collection starts growing. I track the accuracy for about a week just to make sure I didn’t get a lemon. Winding your watch and setting the time is part of the charm as mechanical pieces require more involvement from the wearer.-

The 5KX do wear smaller than their 43mm size suggests. I have a 6.25 inch wrist and I have no problem pulling off my 5KX. 17k is not a bad price. I bought mine for 16.5k back in Jan.
Btw your 5KX would look sexy on a fitted rubber strap from crafterblue. They are damn expensive though at about 50% of the price of the watch.

Anyone into microbrands? I made the first instalment for a Borealis Cascais and am waiting for the Zelos swordfish titanium to drop this month. Definitely best bang for buck comes from micros if you don’t count Ali express specials. Anyone else have experiences with micros?

Ah, then it’s a solid option. I have no complaints about my 5KX so far although typical Seiko QC issues like bezel and chapter ring alignment might come in to play. So the best bet would be to visit your local AD and inspect the piece before purchasing it.
If you’re buying online, Seiko has recently started selling watches on their website. They have the best catalog with pieces you don’t see on Amazon, Ethos or other etailers. They just recently released the bezel-less version of 5KX on 40mm cases which is perfect if you have chicken wrists like me.
That Rado is a beautiful piece and I would also suggest their Captain Cook model if you’re not dead set on a skeleton watch.

Is it your first auto? The 5KX are pretty good although somewhat overpriced. They don’t have a screw down crown and are not ISO rated like the SKX they replaced. If you can stretch your budget a bit I would suggest looking at a Turtle or a Samurai.

I like Sony but an entire console generation without competition has made them complacent. Piss poor PS plus offerings and lack of support for PS5 versions all cleverly bundled in a subscription plan the customer has no choice but to pay for for the privilege of playing online.
I hope MS gets their act together and make Sony sweat. Without competition these giant corporations will always take their customers for granted.
