    Gaming stuff I own : iPhone, PS3, PS2, PSP, in 2 minds about a PC.

    Married since : November, 2009. We are together since August 2006.

     

    This made me go rofl. My wife bought me PS3, PSP and iPhone. She insisted I buy 46 inch LED instead of a 40-46 inch LCD. I've about 140 ps3 games and 100 blurays. More than half of them are bought by my wife. About 20-30 of those 120 games are bought by my wife. When my wife went to US for a office trip, She got most of my CEs as CEs were not available in India at that time. MGS4 CE with artbook (the artbook was really hard to find), Arkham Asylum CE, DMC4 CE with artbook(again the artbook is extremely rare), Resistance 2 CE to name a few that she got for me from US. Whenever I am stressed because of work, my wife gets me a game or bluray. If I'm sad for some reason, she'll get me a game or bluray. If she wants me to drive her to some place, she'll buy me a game or bluray.

    Really wanted Stephen Fleming to coach India. He was an amazing captain, won games for NZ just from his captaincy. I clearly remember he was awarded a Man of the Match too in a game where he failed with the bat. He has been coaching domestic and IPL teams with success.

    ^^ I guess if you have completed 75%, then probably the game left would be around 25%. :bigyellowgrin:

     

    Also, Undead Nightmare is unmissable, for the single player alone even though it has a few multiplayer modes too. Its for 570 in the Indian store, for Plus users it was for 456 when it launched. One of the most amazing opening sequences to a DLC or even a game for that matter.

    ^^ Happened to me too, the first one managed to escape. So now I stop at every stranger as soon as he pulls me down, I straightaway go down to Dead eye and put a bullet through his head and steal his money too. Very satisfying.

    Yeah... that's right. Got a bit carried away after watching The Town recently.

    The Shining (1980), one of the best, not very graphic though. Jack Nicholson is awesome.

    Watched "The Shining" lastr night. One of the most epic horror movies, and all that without being graphical at all. Jack Nicholson's expressions left me horrified. What an actor! Anyone seen One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, the best anyone can act ever.

    i'm blacklisted from Tata they are still looking for me to claim their dues so that's gone .

     

    BSNL has visted 4zillion times to fix my current line but failed at every occasion , so gone.

     

    FAILtel has their stupid FUP and paying 1300 for this POS makes no sense at all , on top of that the recent downtime is making my butt hurt.

     

     

    only left with Reliance which i am yet to try , so not many options you see :P

     

     

    yea afterall the cc will try to convince you also not to cut...you can even mention what you looking for..indirect way se the plan they offered to that guy :naughty: increase decrease that a bit...if it works..good...nai work kiya ..good too..

    I would have tried it myself but right now i am happy with what i got..but will surely try this in few months myself :P

     

    Yeah, I benefited by calling them, they gave me 6000 (to be used in 3 months) worth of Speed on Demand on my FUP at 1mbps for 1299. I will try again after the 3 months and if they do not give me a better plan I too am planning to shift to Reliance. Dude, let us know your experience with them.

    no much of threatening but a plain call to terminate services & this is what i got. u can try too. this is not something that i got lucky, they do have this plan & if u ask for it u ll get it for sure

     

    Thanks, tried this and they gave me 6000 worth of Speed on Demand over a 3 month period, would try the same formula 3 months later too.

    you know one thing i have hated abt this world cup on star sports is...the moment there is a wicket ...they dont show the reaction and all ...immediately they start the advertisement....its was so f**king irritating .....at times felt like not watching it at all. :furious:

     

     

    ^^ .. y ai know ... its damn irritating ...

     

    And as protest i am watching all the possbile matches on DD ... with a mute on ... Turning to star cricket only at crucial times ...

     

     

    As soon as a wicket falls switch to DD National channel....they dont start showing ads immediately!!

     

    This was the sole reason I shelled 4000 for a Tata Sky HD connection. Just cannot stand these adds as soon as the wicket falls or an over ends and the coverage only starts when the bowler is in his delivery stride. Thankfully watched the whole World Cup without any ads and have even recorded a few full games (including last night's) and all Tendulkars innings (never sure which one would be his last). And the commentory in between wickets or overs is also interesting where they talk strategy, alas not all can watch or listen to this. This is extremely shameful, even Steve Waugh complained over the Indian coverage in the last World Cup, he gave the example of young kids not able to listen to the commentory and learn the basics of cricket from the gurus.

    I am at work, on my regular Cricinfor Commetory diet. They have created a dustbowl alright but forgot to use the Sholay wala coin. The way the puff's of dust are coming out of wicket on the landing of the ball, we are in for some serious trouble. Michael Clarke would be practicing his bowling rather than his batting at the moment. And in Ahmedabad I dont think there are any chances of the dew at all.
