Sorry for the long post. Just felt like commemorating the old animes (Old Animax + Cartoon Network as well) with bonkers music, and due to which I became an anime fan in the first place. Avoided the more popular ones like DBZ, Pokemon, Yu Yu Hakusho, Cardcaptor Sakura and all.
What a great trip down memory lane!
The Force Five cartoons were also great (Grandizer being my favourite) Rouroni Kenshin was called Samurai X or something. And Ninja Robots - I used to run back home from school and then discuss the episodes the next day at length Man.... good times!!

FInished Squid Game, was good, but didn't live up the the hype that my friends had created. I might have enjoyed it more if everyone didn't keep on harping about how great it was. Finished the Witcher animated short film as well, good take on Vesemir's story.
Waiting for WOT (!!!!!) & the next Witcher season now

It is, but worth it. Very helpful and knowledgeable people, they can help you in what to look out for while buying pre-owned cars as well. Cars listed there will not be scams or lemons (usually).
On a different note, anyone here test drove the XUV700? I am impressed with what Mahindra has put in there, but they need to educate their sales & test drive reps. There were instances where I was showing them features I picked up from other review videos they were not aware of, their test drive rep told me the ADAS needs an update and is not working, and was surprised when I engaged the adaptive cruise control and showed him the lane keep assist and lane departure warnings.
I've got the 2018 XUV500 and have absolutely no reason to change cars, but that car sure is tempting. So tempting infact that my wife, who's not impulsive like me, was actually contemplating going for it if we got a good price for our car. But saner heads have prevailed (for now) and also it makes sense to wait atleast a year for Mahindra to iron out any kinks and niggles

I know.. and we have people like @Assassins Creed bagging a CX65 at 1.53 last year.... I'll be in the market for the CX/C1 65 soon once our home is ready. The 2.2+ price on them right now is just not palatable... Hoping they come down a bit by Q1 2022

Putting in stocks and MFs won't work for me because once I invest in them there is very little chance that I'll sell them.
Short term FD/RDs are an option but looking for something better. Looking for 6-12Ms horizon.
I use liquid funds. ICICI Pru Liquid Fund for upto 6 months and Aditya Birla Short term for 12-18 months. I know you said no MFs, but these have fared better than FD/RDs for me. I keep topping them up as and when I can, and withdraw when the goal comes around. This system has been working well for me, as mainly it helps me avoid spending the money for random things.

I've had 2 red cards so far and opponents have had 3-4. Haven't played much of squad battles to comment on the CPU difficulty
Overall gameplay is slower (but it always is in the beginning, then EA patches it to make it pace focused) which I like. The outside the box finesse shots need to be nerfed, they are ruining the game.

GG with Leipzig. Ake could have done better for one of the goals, wonder why Peps not started Stones yet. He's prone to at least one mistake per game, but he was solid last season and Dias+Stones have great chemistry.

iPhones are great for the people in their walled garden. Apply make only 3-4 phones a year, and they make them well. There isn't much difference left between between the 2 platforms lately. I'm pretty much bought into the Google ecosystem, so iOS is a no go for me. But I really appreciate what they pioneered with the privacy settings, it king of forced Android to include similar features in 12.
Bought the Flip3 for the wifey, but there are some delays in delivery. Anyone here ordered and received theirs?

Looks like there will be no physical release in India... Will wait for the reviews, really hoping it turns out to be good. Need a decent game to use the PS5 again

I am also very tempted, but a bit skeptical since this is the 1st Gen chip from Google. Will probably skip this one to let them iron out any kinks.
And hopefully, next year will have better avenues to even get the phone imported with travel opening up steadily

If you are trying to do objectives, the opponent will do everything so you don't get the objective done even in non-competitive mode. Or agree with you doing objective but the change once you help him out...total shitty stuff.
Annoy you by watching all replays, do crazy long celebrations, run and shush all the way from goal line to middle of the pitch, waste time, then waste time even more by sitting near corner, etc. Total frustration and sadly the game helps them further.
I get the park bus/use cheap tactics to win but having to play that daily/weekend 25/30 games is no longer enjoyable for me anymore. The community took the fun out of the UT and the game in general. Nobody wants to play for fun / fair football anymore and just chase rewards by any means.
I'm glad they are fixing some of the issues in FIFA 22 by removing the relegation, having a long seasonal approach, rewards right away, etc, All nice changes. However, I can't see meta changes or adjustments to real-life players and gameplay will eventually fall into the same toxic cycle after 2-3 months from launch.

Rivals became such a drag after TOTS/TOTY - every single opponent had a fully coloured squad and I was still rocking a above average gold team. Cheap counters are way too OP in this game, really hope they improve it this time around. 60% possession with 10 shots on goal losing to 40% possession and 2 shots on goals is infuriating.
Atleast, the replay trolling has stopped as they can be skipped, but celebration trolling remains - hope they do something about it.
And one of the best changes is the new rivals system where people can drop to lower divs. This is going to be a big improvent

You really cannot play em casually if you are trying to clear the game in a run.
I am kind of playing it casually. With each run going to about 30-45 mins. You hit a ceiling at a point, but just be persistent. After a few runs you'll be strong/lucky enough to go past it and reach a new threshold. Rinse & repeat.
Focus on unlocking all weapons and the mirror upgrades - they make concurrent runs easier. Try using multiple weapons as well. They not only add a bit of variety to the gameplay, but with RNG, you are pleasantly surprised on how your least favourite weapon suddenly takes you the farthest. Happened to me with the spear after I forgot to change it after trying it out on Skelly.

I've never played it, but still think it should be GOTY based on what I've read and our community has said about it. I will eventually pick it up, but at least right now, with the GPU games and my current work schedule the Returnal runs are not within my time-budget.

any quick character boost item available on the store for a single character? I'm playing this after ages (last I played it was when Gambit was launched) I'm lagging behind my friends and really don't feel like grinding.
The only boost item I know is the one you can use to level up your secondary characters... Need something for the primary character

I 2nd this.. The MP looks decent from what was shown, some from our gang were lucky enough to test it as well... If more time is required, just delay SP instead of releasing something broken. I hope they learn from CDPR's mistakes and don't tarnish their credibility further
