    Yeah. We haven't seen a true current gen fighting game yet. There has to be some amount of innovation. Taking full power of the system!

    I would kill for such camera angles in games like tekken and mortal kombat. Maybe non evo games can implement this (DoA, soul caliber, virtua fighter etc).

    Apparently Halo infinite will be the last standalone halo title for a long time to come (maybe forever, so aptly named infinite!) Halo might get released as episodes after infinite. Kinda saddens me to be honest. But that shouldn't matter to hardcore GP fans though.

    Bethesda had promised zero monetised content for Doom Eternal before they got acquired by MS (in March 2020). Fast forward to April 2021, they add monetized cosmetic packs with the second dlc. I wonder if this is the model they'll take for future titles as well, just to break even/pressures to put games day one on GP.

    The only issue I have with MS acquiring studios like Bethesda and getting their games day one on gamepass is, this might force these Devs to include microtransactions/keep pushing out episodic content till they break even. They would abandon working on sequels/ new ips. But immense value for subscribers though. No doubt about that. Ps- I sometimes wish MS was flexible enough to allow these companies to sign independent deals with Sony as well. They care about communities, and games, so atleast 3rd parties acquired studios should be allowed to launch their titles on ps as well.
