@Bird Bird Bird What do you say?
I think majority of population will prefer Pfizer and Moderna even if trials aren't held beforehand.
Depends on the price and effectiveness.

They shouldn't have but they did it with Covaxin so I don't think they had a proper response to counter it.
Covax is made in bharat.
Ps- doesn't make much sense. Why did phizer take a u turn in jan-feb then???

So basically how Covaxin trials were conducted.
130 crores guinea pigs.
They should not have relaxed bridging trials (norms)

I don't know but I have been using vicks inhaler regularly since I got bronchitis in September 2019. I have become addicted to it. Maybe that prevented infection in me? I dunno lol.
I guess that swine flu shot you took.

Has anyone used this preventive spray by zydus? They claim that it reduces viral load. Not to be used more than 6 times a day.
List of ingredients has Glycerol, Hydrochloric Acid, Ethanol, Calcium Chloride Dihydrate, Trometamol, Trypsin, Menthol, Purified Water. Apart water and menthol eveything else looks scary.

Does it work though ? Any studies on this?
Anyways the army chief used to wear some kind tag, supposedly a Japanese technology that makes a invisible bubble/shield around the user.
Edit: This one
All about ‘Air Doctor’ — the personal sanitiser pouch worn by Army chief Gen. Naravane

They will not like this.
BTW, today I learned that due to Pharmacogenetic differences AstraZeneca didn't work in South Africa.
Then why in the hell people (and including many of yous) were asking pfizer to allow distributions without trials?
Apparently russia is now working on a single shot Sputnik lite Vax. Wtf.
V about to get obsolete.

I think because its being manufactured here, there shouldn't be such inconsistencies.
Lets see.
Initially imports
I wonder how the American big pharma lobby would react to this.

As per the available literature, they tested the same product as documented in the Lancet during the Indian trials. Now with Centre giving approval, I don't think it would take long for DCGI to give approval as well. Unless they find some inconsistencies.
Indian variant has not been properly yet, so that data will take probably couple months more.
Even the sino Vax initially got praised. But now its efficacy against new variants is up for everyone to see.
Ps- I think all these Vax (covax, sino and Sputnik work on the same principle of attenuated virus strains).

They are testing the same thing, but apparently providing something else. A nerfed version of the Vax.

Big pharma at work here. When do you think DCGI would approve this?
Also will this work against the new indian variant?
Ps- the indian variant has not been sequenced properly (yet).

The worst thing is morbidity rate of COVID in India is around 6%, mortality is around 1.4% (official numbers, reality can be higher), so even if a few thousand from these rallies die, no one would care.
Election commission is spineless.
And the PM and HM are putting their party over their country. Why would any sensible person vote for them, ever ?
Actually now in Delhi hospitals are being converted into covid wards. People might die due to lack of access to essential surgeries now. Don't want to sound pessimistic but I think usa/Brazil like situation might develop soon

China, without even firing a single bullet, has almost brought india (medical infra wise) to its knees

This needs to be BOLDED and PLASTERED across all cities.
The mortality rate in india itself is so damn high, difficult to ascertain the exact number of deaths due to the virus.
The situation is grim indeed.

50% efficiency for Sinopharm.
Some prominent handles are pushing to let J&J and Sputnik distribute w/o trials.I think GoI will give in. And if they so, they should be put in private sales. So liability remains with availaers.
Sinopharm vax is a whole virus vax as well, like covax. Now I am curious to read more on ongoing covax efficacy studies.
