One good thing is summers are here so droplets wont stay for long in this heat.
Ps- most infections spread in closed environments (malls, cinema halls, gyms etc)
Pps- imran Khan gave the same logic last year

I think even Sinovac is a conventional (inactivated virus based ) vaccine. However it's efficiency is questionable ( pak pm and president both got infected even after getting inoculated.

Regular updates to the vaccines will be needed like the flu shots. Virus will keep on mutating. I doubt there will ever be a one shot fits all situation.
Hoping for an OTA updatable vaccine in the near future

It's not just the people but the institutions as well. @Chirag2001 you aren't alone. A friend of mine studying in IP was refused provision for online exams even though a family member was just found to be Corona +ve.
She was given the choice to either miss the mid-terms (not possible because she has plans for higher studies later on) or get a Corona test and come with full PPE.
I mean even if she tests -ve (doubtful), the +ve person stays in her house, she can easily spread the damn thing.
If she wanted to go this route then she could have just not disclosed it in the first place. Stupid colleges, they don't want to put in the effort to conduct online exam for kids and would rather let them die.
I don't see rallies happening in PPEs then why exams?

I think ppl are still underestimating the brunt of the population of India.
Even if we assume that the vaccine will work on 8/ 10 ppl, India would still have the maximum number of potential patients (susceptible to the virus) even after 2 doses.
Also as we are not a homogeneous population, the virus can easily mutate

There should be strict penalties for not following covid appropriate behaviour.
Population of UK is less than that of delhi. I wonder 0 covid deaths is due to vaccination or due to lockdown restrictions which are yet to be eased. They enforced strict measures in January (when the spike started).
Ps- this article just talks about London though

Yes currently both have no symptoms. This is a very critical week, hope no new symptoms develop.
Keep in constant touch with docs. They might prescribe some medicines as well

Government should be thanking them. They should be given certificates/passes for free beer and broadband for the rest of their lives. \m/

Ya rumors are about 2nd to 17th April. But don't think so implementation will be strict. As long as they close bars, pubs, restaurants, malls, cinema halls, marriage halls, and reduce attendance in offices, it should be sufficient.
The holi restrictions were a big joke. So many of my friends celebrated holi in groups in their society, because restrictions were only about public gathering of more than 5 people. Societies didn't have such restrictions. My whatsapp statuses were full of such pics.
#Sir100crhow ?
Ps- I hope your parents are recovering well?

It's not a surprise that people in a country with shocking levels of poverty don't actually give a f**k about passions and just focus on making money.
Agreed. The education system was designed to churn out clerical staff in the pre independence era. The legacy continued post independence too. Add poverty to that mix.
Hopefully things will change after the roll-out of NEP

You living in 90s?
The quote still holds true. Why do you think they have mooted/are pushing policies like skill india, NEP, atmanirbhar bharat etc.
Compare the number of patents filed by Chinese / lakh of their population vis a vis indians and you will know what I was referring to.
Ps- that comment was made by Wozniak way after 2000.

If you have your designs, you can get them 3d printed at reasonable rates. Some websites provide such services.

It's mostly multiplayer right? And from whatever I have read the community is very toxic and it has turned into a hero based shooter.
It's available with gamepass. But not keen to play this game.
If you like retro stuff, try Brothers in Arms series.

You don't get it. These soldiers suffered a lot when they killed over a million innocent people in the name of war on terrorism. They feel sad.
Felt so sad, they made a game about killing some more, albeit virtually.
Reminds me of Spec ops the line.
Ps- hope the game is good though. With some nice narratives.

They'll get to know how many people have already developed antibodies.
Based on the results they can decide what to do next.
If majority of people have already developed antibodies, we dont need to be worried much. For that sero survey is needed.
