You really wished it was fake shouting from the rooftops the moment I posted yesterday. So far I haven't found one conclusive proof that points mine being fake. Am doing it only because once the guy leaves India I have 0 chance. And might as well eliminate the 50-50 current chance of a well made fake which I might discover later down the line.
    Whatever makes you happy

Deriving pleasure out of someone's innocence is quite petty though. Your coming back to laugh itself is proof enough. So yup you should be really happy like right now. If you couldn't land a real one, thank god someone else doesn't [emoji38]

There are like 2-3 games in a console's lifecycle that look like TLOU2, GoW, Red dead 2. There is no need to rush these. Let them take all the time.

Sony shouldn't have shown a teaser for Ragnarok during that PS5 showcase.

Reckon, it is cross platform (PS4/5). Swansong for the PS4?

You guys forgot about Folklore. Sad. That game was good and had a ton of promise. They also had Siren. Then when you went to old time games, i.e. the PS2 times - they shined. Tons of IPs like Wild Arms, Legend of Dragoon, Jeanne D'Arc, Hot Shot Golf and more.

Frankly, I'm not sure I'm liking the new Sony. Originally, their charm was that they experimented and had tons of stuff from all genres and for all fanbases - whether Western or Japanese. Now, they are depending only on their Western Studios and completely killing off their Japanese roots. Games like TLOU and GOW are great. But they have their place, and only having such games in the ecosystem - it gets stale. If they carry on like this, don't think they will remain successful too long.

Maybe Nintendo can / will acquire them.

What a fool Santa Monica is making themselves to be

first the 2021 window then rumours of Crossgen & constant trolling like this

Hope this doesn't go the TLOU2 way.

I was thinking about the time gap between each Nintendo console release today.

Console Name       |                         Release Year                                  Gap

    Nintendo Entertainment System     1985                                             -------

    Super Nintendo                                   1991                                          6 years

    Nintendo 64                                         1996                                          5 years

    Gamecube                                            2001                                          5 years

    Wii                                                          2006                                          5 years

    Wii U                                                      2012                                           6 years

    Switch                                                   2017                                           5 years

Next Nintendo console?                    2022  or 2023?

This probably explains why we have no news regarding Metroid 4 or BoTW 2.  It might be possible that these games will release very late in Switch's lifespan to simultaneously release on Nintendo's next console with enhanced features such as 4k. They did this with BotW, announcing it for Wii U but delaying it a lot to bring it out on Switch as well.

I feel that Nintendo Switch was just a console to overcome the Wii U's commercial failure. They almost moved the whole Wii U's library to the Nintendo Switch. Of course they also gave a few new titles such as Odyssey and Luigi's Mansion 3.

I do not expect much on Switch anymore, I think they have been so secretive and selective because everything is being developed for the next console, which could possibly mean a very strong launch line-up for Nintendo's next. All the brand new games built from scratch are probably not happening on Switch now! except Metroid 4 and BoTW 2.

I also think 2023 would be a bit too late to strategically compete against Sony's current gen. I strongly feel that next Nintendo console will land in 2022!

It might not be the Pro model for Switch but actually a brand new console. They won't make the same mistake as they did with the transition from Wii to Wii U.

My money is on Holiday 2021. Switch launched out of the blue as well.

I dont think so. Switch has already sold in millions, and switch-lite will surpass wii u's sales soon.

If you see, nintendo handhelds always sell well, so yes switch was no accident. it was a well thought assault on ps4 and xbone.
