Dont fool yourself into thinking that Ms was able to bypass sony into getting more chips ,while sony was caught napping. These things are paid in advance depending on the sales forecast set each year.

- you can keep harping that its 7 vs 20 million and that sony deosnt care . SS is a nextgen console aimed at casuals ,kids ,converts from mobile gamers etc which ms is using very effectively to get into households. Sales will always be reported as series X/S for this entire generation unfortunately .

You don't even need an xbox to play first party titles now.
That should means halo infinite should sell more units than the hardware itself (if it indeed is the game of the generation as you claim it to be.)

When you can get a ps5 digital edition @40k which is 1000 times better than a series s, not one should even look at the system @32-35k
the ideal price of series s should be 20-25k (for a somewhat new unit).
