Like you mean to say "Experience 60fps on Xbox games at the cost of resolution"? Any gamer worth his salt knows that if you want a resolution boost, you are gonna trade fps and vice-versa. From what I know, it's the 120fps titles that have a significant resolution hit. Most of the other games simply leverage the base resolution and boost the fps (with the X1X enhanced titles being the exception with a couple more variables).

I don't think you understand what you are asking for. A half broken democracy is better than an authoritarian world any day IMO. You are trading your fundamental rights to express dissent in the face of a crisis. What if you don't like the way the military operates? And what if they scrap the power of the judiciary? While democracy isn't perfect it at least ensures that there is an avenue for addressing grievances. The bigger issue with our system is corruption combined with minority and majority appeasement and not doing what's right (for the country as a collective and not for specific vested groups).

I am not against this idea. But it is likely that the government would find a far more effective way to loot the middle class by introducing a Covid cess on top of income tax. They'd find an opportunity in the most unlikely of places and scenarios.

Not denying that. But a half decent PC can emulate about a dozen consoles. And run them at higher resolutions (most of the times) and higher frame rates in certain cases too.
