    Has a 2.5mm port. You can connect to consoles or PC by using the provided 2.5mm to 3.5mm cable. The cable is ultra short though.

    +1. Although I've only tried XM3 only for short duration, the comfort provided by my QC35 is out of the world and simply can't be matched.

    I am using the stand. Others on reddit have faced this issue too. Common workaround is to switch orientation. Seems to be some misalignment in the disc drive. Will probably contact Sony if the issue recurs in horizontal orientation.

    After a couple of discs. Installed 2-3 games and swapped out discs multiple times and didn’t face any issues. Started happening after I installed Days Gone. After switching to horizontal, tried ejecting random discs > 10 times and things seem fine. Hope it doesn’t recur.

    Anyone using the ps5 in vertical mode? I started facing issues with the disc getting stuck during eject. Switched to horizontal mode and things are fine. Wondering if I should contact Sony.

    It changed after escalation. The old store was still assigned till 4pm. I had a couple of exchanges with support where I reiterated my decision to go to the media and lodge a legal complaint. I found the change around 6 pm and decided to act on it immediately. What I meant was Sony didn't intimate me via email during my exchanges.

    From what I understand, my order changed store mainly because I escalated the issue and the bigshots got looped in. It absolutely does not absolve the store keeper. The offline buyer actually went to the police and filed an FIR last night (based on what he told me). @abhi90 Sony gave him his entire allotment of PS5 stocks including mine (and probably excess). If he had a shortage of units, how was the other store able to give me within 2 hours of being allotted even though I was not in their initial list?

    Reposting from the Kattapa thread: Checked Shop@SC portal at 6pm and found that Sony changed the delivery center. They didn't even mail me about this. The new place was 25km away. Called the owner to confirm and he asked me to come at 8pm to collect it. Drove there and got the console and left in 10mins. Still intend to pursue Sony and demand an apology. Rishi and @HundredProofSam have been super helpful. As per Rishi, this mail and other complaints resulted in Sony initiating an audit on PS5 preorders and sales.     So, I am not 100% sure what happened with Amazon. I ordered food for my kitten and the PS5 order got dispatched along with it. It's actually being dispatched from Tohana, Haryana. Wondering if Amazon restricted shipment due to the farmer protests and started sending this out cos it exceeded a threshold limit they set (of 50k, maybe)? And both just happened to be shipped from the same warehouse. All speculation. But really curious.

    Pretty much this. Sony can get to the bottom of this and actually find out if official stocks were sold in black. In that case, this is illegal and that SC should either be shut down or fined or both. There might be more folks who might have been cheated, but are unwilling to speak-up. I want the SC guys to at least issue an apology for wasting my time and take responsibility for the mess-up. India is pretty much an unregulated market, but if official dealers start doing this, be ready to say goodbye to paying fair price for any gaming related gadget.

    Sam just responded to me via DM and told me that the country head of PS is aware of this issue and that they are investigating. Hope something good comes out of it. Seems like emailing him this morning actually got his attention.
