Please can anyone explain the procedure of buying games online? Which region(cheapest) to buy from?will indian CC work? Anything important besides this to keep in mind.

Also how does mp work in games like mario cart and splatoons 2?is it just against Ai ?

I use the Canadian estore on my 3DS. Yet to buy anything online for the switch though. You'll find the prices to be pretty reasonable and Indian CC do work.

Mario Kart and Splatoon you can play online with other people. As far as MK8 is concerned, you can also play local co-op with friends and AI characters filling in the rest.

Btw is weapon durability an issue? People make it out to be a game breaking issue of sorts

As Big Boss said, it is absolutely not an issue. There were times when I felt I should have better managed the weapons, but there are so many good weapons lying around that you won't ever feel the need to hoard. Besides, since you can make enemies drop their weapons even before killing them, its really fun knocking them over with a weak spear or sword and then grabbing their own gear and finishing them off with it :D

Ocarina of time is one of the best games ever made. You should definitely play that if you have a 3DS.

^This. And also A Link Between Worlds. Hands down one of the best 2D Zelda games ever made. Way more traditional when compared to the BoTW, but a brilliant game nevertheless. Sheer joy to play.

More than 50 hours played and I haven't even finished one major dungeon yet. 40 shrines, 5-6 memories and craploads of exploration(all Sheikah towers unlocked). There have been instances when I booted up the game at 1 in the night for a quick 30 min session only to play for 2-3 hours at a stretch :| Had to force myself to go to sleep (work woes). I just got myself a new PS4 Pro and I haven't even completed a single game on it courtesy of BoTW :-/ Also, as Big Boss said, there are so many instances in which the game ends up surprising you. After 50 hours, I end up discovering new materials and items and just now learnt to shield surf properly. And the gear! Exploring and finding new armour sets and then taking them over to the fairy fountain for upgrading is addictive in itself! I have the Official Guide lying around but love exploring so much that I don't want to use it at all. Playing the game with Japanese voice over is the way to go! If you are a Zelda fan, you'll love the character Zelda in this one for sure.

  3. Got these today!

Controller courtesy of KJD's giveaway :arigato:

Persona5 from eBay. Ratchet and Clank was delivered yesterday but forgot to take snaps :|

More stuff incoming from Shopto.net (Horizon and Dishonored 2)

Around 35 hours in and I just have to say my mind=blown. The feeling you get when you are playing a masterpiece. Without a doubt the best open world game I have ever played and one of the best games, period. Words don't do justice to just how magical this game is.

Same here. Close to 40 hours clocked and the game still surprises me. Barely getting time to play during weekdays, but I am gonna reserve my weekend purely for this. I activated all the sheikah towers so that it becomes easier to get across the map :D And only 30 shrines done! Story wise, I am ignoring it for now.

I heard you can get it in India for around 30k, so is that worth it ?

If you ask if getting a Switch is worth it, then answer is a definite yes.

If the question is, if its worth getting it for 30k(paying over 11k extra) from a local seller with no warranty, then it depends on how disposable money is to you :P Jokes apart, 30k is a bit too much even accounting for the acute shortage. Better ask someone to get it from US/Europe.

Anyone here has Switch? Worth it? D1h2BOu.png

A lot of people do(myself included). Definitely recommend getting one if you are even remotely interested in Zelda. That game alone is worth getting the console for. And the lineup for the remainder of the year looks strong

  7.

couldn't disagree on that. I had my share of woes with oblivion when I played it for the first time :P

But that wow moment when you step out of the sewer in Oblivion is unparalleled. I think it was one of the first role-playing action games I played. Still get damn nostalgic
  8. The lunatics are in my hall.

Indian mythology is the perfect setting for any action-adventure game. But lets try something offbeat here. Why not have something inspired from TellTale series. You get to play as someone close to one of the Kauravas or Pandavas slowly rising in prominence and stature and playing through events that culminated in Mahabharat. Your decisions will lead to an alternate reality where any of the factions might end up winning. Should be super fun and open up Indian mythology to a whole new audience. A la Game of Thrones from India :D

Or we can have an interactive visual novel loosely based on themes from Kamasutra  Why should Japs have all the fun? :fap:
