Does Punk have any sport history before getting into pro wrestling? If not, then I don't see him do well in MMA.
Nope! Straight up pro wrestling since forever.. MMA is a possibility for him though but not soon.. The guy is too banged up right now!
Hope he comes back to WWE though.. Maybe as a part timer.. That'll surely get him to main event Wrestlemania!!

Punk for Bound for Glory 2014. Make it happen TNA! He would certainly have more creative as well as wrestling freedom there, but I'm not sure if he would consider it as he hated TNA the last time he left TNA. But he was a mid-carder then, and what they offer him now as a main-event talent may sway him back again.
I was at Punk's Portland Comic Con and I didn't feel the need to relay the information until he departed from WWE. There are two key parts of his Q&A that stand out in retrospect. 1. He was very upset about Batista getting the WrestleMania main event, which pretty much spoiled the Royal Rumble. He clarified he was friends with "Dave" and that "they" would not be happy, but he wanted to be honest and it was Daniel Bryan's year. Actually, he said Bryan Danielson but corrected quickly.2. He was very disinterested in the current product. Asked about promos he defeatedly made comments like "I show up. Someone tells me what to do and I just go out do it and leave." He implied his recent work was not good and was down to only using two moves a match.Punk was very nice, engaged, and happy with his fans but in regards to wrestling and WWE he was definitely despondent and unhappy.

I was disappointed that Cena had to play manager for Daniel Bryan but the match more than made up for it! Brilliant stuff!
What's great about these two guys is that despite having had maybe 5-6 matches against each other over the past 6 months, they keep on doing something different in each of the matches. This was a proper well wrestled match with DB softening the legs and Randy stomping on the arms.. They built it excellently well!!
And that low blow just got him tonnes and tonnes of heat which will only escalate the heel orton character. This is the Orton I'd genuinely like to see..
Triple threat match on the way it seems!
By the way, that promo from Bray Wyatt.. How good was that!!

Cena is far better than that Wannabe Stone Cold Punk.
That's the worst bump anyone has ever taken off a Stone Cold Stunner..
Ironically, Vince used to get infuriated at people who didn't sell the stunner well!!

Or Sheamus/Chris jerico will returns in Royal RUmble and fight Cena/Orton at WM .
Sheamus has a long way to go before he can get back into the title picture. And from whatever I've heard from Jericho in his off air interviews and podcasts, he won't go for the title if he's not on an extended run in WWE. He's too into Fozzy and acting now to have that kind of a run in WWE.
He'll just come in, talk and walk like a million bucks, put some guys over and go away LIKE A BOSS!

CM Punk defeats Cena and becomes Unified champion, and Bryan wins Royal Rumble. Both have a match at WM and Bryan wins. Best case scenario.
And Cena can do whatever, maybe break the Streak or something. Dont care.
I think it should be CM Punk who wins the rumble, take on Cena for the unified championship at mania and a Daniel Bryan v Shawn Michaels Mentor v Student match..

Unified champion around wrestlemania XXX is a huge thing.. I don't believe they'll actually have the crescendo of this unified championship until then. And there it has to be BIG! Your top man HAS TO carry it.. Just happens to be Cena in this case. And whoever is to be the next guy will take it from him..
So ya I am actually looking forward to Cena being unified champion.. Because I wanna see who topples him next. Would love to see Daniel Bryan do it. Hope springs eternal.

Cena was not excellent. f**ker rode on Bryan's popularity wave. I just hate that moron. When Yes chants were getting popular, he again took credit for that. And yesterday too he tried to make that win by Bryan something of his own doing.
As much as you have a valid point there, but it cannot be denied that Cena has helped bring up a lot of stars to the foreground.
His rivalry with Punk was what put Punk on the top pedestal. Ziggler's TLC match against Cena was probably the second most important match of Ziggler's career. His endorsement of Ryback helped put his 'Feed me more' chants over. He carried The Rock at WM 29, got a couple of decent matches even out of Ryback. Daniel Bryan's victory against Cena TRULY established him. His feud against Edge and that TLC match was legendary!
As much as each of these stars had their own skills and popularity behind them, it can't be denied Cena had an equally important role to put them over much like how Shawn Michaels, HHH etc put Cena over in the past.
Cena winning 90% of the times isn't so much as his choice as it is WWE's booking. The guy makes millions of dollars for the company alone.. Why wouldn't you oversell your most money making asset? It was hogan in the 80s, Andre the giant before him and Cena now. Granted he is not a technical wrestler of any kind but WWE is entertainment first and wrestling later.
I am not a big fan of Cena but I feel that guy cops a lot of unnecessary criticism. The hate and the boredom over his character unnecessarily transcends to John Cena the person.

The Matches where both these guys (Taker-Lesner) involve are awesome and extreme brutal.
Taker was a lot younger then.. He's too battled and bruised right now.. He wrestles 1 match a year and then spends the rest of the year in surgeries and rehab..
And taker's got nothing left to prove to anyone.. He doesn't need to risk his body to such extremes again for 1 match a year.. Quite understandable.
On the other hand, Brock Lesnar post his Diverticulitis is much much stronger than what you saw him in WWE for the first time..
A direct quote from Paul Heyman in an interview says that the Brock Lesnar that we saw in the past was maybe only operating at 60% energy level while the other 40% was being used by his body just to fight the crippling disease.
And that's scary!!

Apparently there were rumours that Undertaker isn't willing to take on Lesnar because of his hard hitting wrestling style.. So only option left is Cena or if he returns, The Rock

Did anyone watch Smackdown? First half was ridiculous and awful.. Showed everything that is wrong with the company..
But the next half: 1 hour of pure wrestling!
2 on 2 changed to 3 on 3 to 6 on 6! And each of these matches were 9/10 matches !!

But knowing WWE, this is my prediction:
Cena grabs the WWE title, Randy grabs WHC. Cena is now 15 time champion. They drag the story till Wrestlemania, Cena wins both titles at Wrestlemania XXX and he equals Ric Flair's record
And here u was dreaming of a Punk v Bryan title match at WM Xxx :'(

Ok,.
After going through the past couple of months and updating info upto date. It seems WWE was bit dull since last couple of months, The only time i was active and following everybit was during this year's Wrestlemania.
Any News of Taker, I mean Remotely.......
It's been dull stories wise.. But it has had it's entertaining moments.. There have been some excellent wrestling matches but awful booking..
Hopefully all this turns around during/after wrestlemania season..
Taker is still AWOL. There are rumours as always. Prominent Possible opponent names thrown: Sting, Brock Lesnar
I personally wouldn't like to see Sting v Taker though.. That match might be horrible.

Decent PPV. Main event flopped as expected.

f**k Ryback v Goldberg, I'd like to see Reigns v Goldberg at Wrestlemania XXX!!
Cena v Del Rio was good too.. Cena knows how to pull off good PPV worthy matches and Del Rio is just exceptional in the ring.. If only he could talk better.. The man is blander than Randy Orton!
Wyatt Family v Beard n Best was incredible! A Little surprised that the Wyatts lost but seems that they might continue this feud a little longer. That top rope Powerbomb by Luke Harper on Bryan looked like it could kill him!! Highlight of the night easily!! Can't wait for Bray Wyatt to get involved! His best contribution to the match: shouting 'Pain is not real' to Eric Rowan!
Also would love to see Punk turn on Bryan eventually to set up a dream feud for Wrestlemania season!! Survivor Series has got me excited !!
Finally it looks like they are going for the title unification. But Randi v Superman won't be a very entertaining contest either.. They need people like punk n Bryan to spice things up..
On a side note, awesome crowd! Boston is always crazy!! Plus they were chanting 'Daniel Bryan' during Flop Show v Randi!!

He was a part of the Nexus after NXT season 1. But Nexus got buried and he was sent back to NXT where he adopted the Bray Wyatt gimmick. He was as exceptional there as he is on the main roster..
Don't know why the guy posted earlier that the Wyatt v DB story is unfinished.. Wyatt went over DB CLEAN at RR. That's the end of the story.. Now time for Cena to Follow The Buzzards all the way to Wrestlemania!!
