Wow the RAW ending was epic.

And the mark Henry speech.. Brilliant does not even to begin describing it

f**k what I said earlier. Raw was IN f**king Sane! Not a dull moment there! And man what an end!!!!Ok, since RVD is back, spoilers
which episodes are worth watch, I think there was a PPV this sunday, worth watching or this raw, or sd?
Where is my beloved pushy?

@srini: looks like we're the only Kane fans here

Also Kane v Ambrose was just ok too but that's largely due to incompatibility in the wrestling styles of both the superstars.. Kane is slow and methodical while Ambrose has a fast, frenzy style. They made him win but not in a way that would make Kane look weak or put Ambrose majorly over. A clean win inside the ring would have been great for Ambrose with Kane's rep still intact.

Oh, and how good did Ziggler wear that belt? There are very few guys who make the belt look good. HHH was pretty damn good at making the WHC belt look good on him. Ziggler is even better.
Ziggler barely appeared much on air before being out with an injury. The two three matches he competed in, he lost. Got pinned by del rio in a tag team match in the go home smackdown show. No way he was as good as HHH. But ya that's bad booking and not really his fault. He continues to be awesome in the ring.
The only high point in his reign was him cashing in his MITB after WM and that too a large part of it owing to the best crowd that RAW has had in a long long long time.
The reason why I said the PPV was good to average was that there were some real high expectations from a couple of matches which really didn't live up to the expectation. Chicago crowd is always hot so that wasn't a huge surprise. In fact it was the crowd which made the Punk v Jericho match look better than what it was. Punk has to just show up in Chicago to get a ridiculous reaction from the crowd. Y2J us as awesome as always and you can count on him to be one if the few stars to not get vociferously booed against punk at Chicago
The match in itself had a couple of botches on critical moves.
Even DB didn't do much in his match comparing to the ridiculously high standards he has set for himself now. Would have liked to see some sort of friction between him and Randy after the match but it was next to nothing.
Cena v Ryback was a spot fest which was decently entertaining.
For me the highlights of the night were divas bout and the IC match (mostly because of the ending)
Again maybe my reviews are based upon the fact that I was ready to be enthralled big time after Extreme Rules and hence the disappointment. But good story lines have come out of it so future looks bright..

Pushy is widowed! He is grieving! Payback ppv was average to good but still watch it cause the storyline implications for the future are great. Also m watching raw right now and the first one hour has been really entertaining. So worth a watch

. Also, that statement by him was a few years back if i'm not wrong. TNA has really took off since last year and is now very mainstream. It is the most watched wrestling show in the UK too. So I doubt he plans to change companies at this late stage of his career.
This was a statement made by him after his induction into the TNA hall of fame was announced. So one or two weeks max. And I think you have to sign a legends contract with wwe to be inducted. Even Bruno Sammartino did

Christian is back! And Punk turns face!

ah sweet... u were in the after party
Well the whole gig was a party of sorts

He was on a private tour with a band called Point of View and he was interacting with the crowd during and a lot more after the gig.. Damn cool guy that.. Not least bit flustered no matter how many people harassed him for autographs and photos.. (I myself went like 5 times)
And he has his own brand of hot sauces so he didn't mind eating a jalapeño off my Bloody Mary!
(the first pic in the post above) -

Angle won't join WWE anytime soon. I read somewhere that he mentioned about ending his career in WWE. However, I just don't see him going back to that place again as except for Daniel Bryan and CM Punk, I don't see anyone else he would want to have a feud with.
In his induction speech, he said something like, "Thank You Dixie for making me love it again." I think TNA is the place to be for him but I want him challenging for the title.
I am talking about the fact that he went on record to say that he wants to be inducted into the WWE hall of fame. So he definitely will return to WWE in the future. When is the only question. Obviously after he's done for good with TNA I guess.

Man of Steel: a documentary on JRD Tata would have been more entertaining.

Aaaaand it's Sri Lanka. Friendly game for us!

well he has come back just in time to maybe get inducted into the hall of fame sometime later.Don't get too excited guys ! RVD is way past his prime and he does give some interesting matches but overall, it's just not that exciting watching him these days. He was in TNA for the better part of 2012 and failed to provide any old-school like memories.
Angle are you listening??

-
Ziggy to turn face?
More like a double turn, ADR going heel.
You can bet AJ double crossing Ziggly now

ADR is better off as a heel so m not too worried about that. Ziggler going face is interesting because he is so good at being that in your face , literally 'show off' kinda guy.
More than AJ I wanna see what the dynamics will be between him and Big E.

What is this Mathew Wade incident that the coms are talking about?
-
by the looks of it, could well be Ind v Eng!Even i want NZ to qualify..Too many India vs SL matches..
-
RVD in a ladder match at MITB??RVD IS BACK TO WWE

RVD CM Punk feud??
RVD Daniel Bryan feud?
Endless possibilities!!

payback dull PPV

Yeah just about an OKish PPV. I was tuned in only for CM punk vs Jericho but it was only a good match at the best. As in something that you expect bare minimum from two future hall of famers. The Only thing that made the match look better than it was, was the hugely biased Chicago crowd. 1 botched GTS here another botched code breaker there and it really bummed me out.
Even DB was good but his Raw and SD matches were even more spectacular honestly.
Ziggy to turn face? Interesting
Loved the IC triple threat match though! It was PERFECT!

You dont take a chance with big tourneys like this. Its embarrassing.
It's either this or no tournament at all. Which is the route they are going to take after this edition.
The picture looked bright when the tournament got off the blocks with bright sunshine n blue skies.. But weather in England will always be unpredictable whether it is Champion's trophy or Ashes.
-
Why cant icc schedule theie tournaments keeping rain in mind? I mean everybodh knows that it f**king rains like hell in june in england, what was the point of keeping such a big tournament in england at that time?
Then where else? All other countries have off season right now. No window available. In England at least they can take a chance
-
Rain affected schedule tomorrow and prospects of match being decided on NRR using Duckworth Lewis.. Cricketers' nightmare!

Damn awful weather forecast next few days across Britain . Would be a major bummer if they play shortened games at such critical stages of the tournament
