    Finished Daredevil season 1. Finale was bit underwhelming but overall a good 1st season. So much better than other kiddish superhero shows.

     

    BTW, didn't like the Daredevil costume. Should have been full Red.

    Like every other point in the review I'm noting this as well

    Seems to be a Hardcore PC gamer supper annoyed that PC copy wasn't handed for his first play through

     

    Yup, that's the case. He sounds like a hardcore PC gamer. So obviously he'll find tons of flaws.

     

    A PC only gamer will always find Console graphics and performance bad, they are not used to this hardware limitation. Nothing new. But ask a Console only gamer to play this game, then he will find the graphics amazing and performance good enough to have a great time. This is CDPR's first game on PS platform and second on Xbox. And judging from the reviews and some YT videos, I think it is fair to say they did a great job to run this game on PS4 / X1.

     

    Also, this is a open-world game like GTA. All R* games have TONS of stupid game breaking and other performance issues even after Day one patch, but still they are rated very high by reviewers. Think about that. It is impossible to launch a big open world game like GTA, Skyrim, Witcher 3 etc without any bugs.

    Keep crying about the downgrade IVG. Just going to ignore it as I don't have time to give a f**k.

     

    I know for a fact that on May 19th I am going to have tons of fun playing my first Witcher game. Always wanted to play as Geralt, who IMO the most bad-a*s looking protagonist in RPGs.

     

    So ya, Can't f**king wait! I have a feeling that W3 will be the best RPG ever (for me).

    ok, HELP PLS

     

    Grance Lance vs Silver Black Spear. Will be infusing one of the weapons with a darknight stone. Please suggest which will be better for a Hex sorcerer build planning to end up with 30 INT and FTH.

     

    edit: will be using the weapon only for PVE.

     

    Silver Black Spear, without a doubt.

     

    Also, good choice. Hex build is fun.

    Bc he had a sliver of health remaining, and i had 2/3 of health with 2 vials remaining

    Bc then decided to spam that plugging sword in ground move which causes flying swords

    I attacked the sword and there i see this pedo budha running like the Flash and combos me dead

    Im using LHB + 10 with gems that give +267 DMG

     

     

    Just 267? O_o That's too low. You have not equipped the the right gems.

     

    Post your stats screenshot with LHB +10.

    Killed Martyr Logarius with my new level 30 Bloodtinge/Skill build B) Wanted Chikage and Evelyn early. Enjoyed the fight more cause my level was much lower compared to last time. Best boss fight in the game.

     

    LHB might be the most effective but Chikage is the sexiest primary weapon in this game. It is gonna be tons of fun killing online players with Chikage / Reiterpallasch + Evelyn :D Will upload some videos and screens soon to show the most stylish BloodBorne build.

     

    Not really enjoying the Dungeons, I find them dull and boring and there's no really good rewards except weapons with different imprints, meh. I will complete them later when nothing better to do in game. Playing the story second time just to get a taste of the badass Skill / Bloodtinge build.

    BTW, read about a game breaking OP weapon - Rifle Spear :rofl: - I will upload a video of one of the boss encounters in a bit.

     

     

    Try the Spear Rifle. BEST backup weapon. Game-breakingly OP at times.

    Well since I am coming from Bloodborne, I am used to ranged weapon in left hand. Is shield really useful? I mean can we beat the game without it? Does it parry bosses as well? I found it really difficult to parry normal enemies with it.

     

    Bro, go for Faith or Magic build. Both builds gives you PLENTY ranged attack options and it is tons of fun. I have finished this game 5 times with 5 different builds. Faith build is my favorite. I mean what can be cooler than ability to infuse weapon with lightning, throwing lightning spears, stunning enemies with a cool AOE move etc.

     

    This game has LOTS of build options and progression has depth unlike Bloodborne.

     

    Shield is very important. Most shields give you status boosts like stamina recovery, fire resistance etc.

    not really sure what to upgrade in my character now. How exactly does upgrading skill affect a heavy hitter like mine?

     

    Nice. Check your status screen. There see the final damage you are getting for +10 LHB.

     

    LHB is the most versatile weapon in the game.

    Interesting video.. not sure if posted before... and those all yet to complete the game dont watch it spoilers for you...

     

    Knew it. Even told AnK about it few weeks back. Iosefka, little girl and Eileen's quest-line are my favorite. Amazing stuff from FROM.

     

    BTW, started a new playthrough. Now I want to PvP with a bad-a*s Blootinge build (Chikage + Evelyn B) ). Got bored of playing BB easy mode with upgraded LHB (quality build). The difficulty of this game is much lower than Dark Souls 1 and even 2. There are no shields but things like - ability to carry 20 health potions from start and the regen system makes the game considerably easy. That isn't a bad thing.

     

    Only thing that I found really disappointing is the PvP. I wish there were more build options and some awesome covenants like Forest hunters, Darkwraith, Darkmoon, Chaos servents, Bell keepers, Blood bros and the best of best Sunbros.

     

    Covenants of Bloodborne are 3rd grade stuff. Game does not encourage PvP as much as previous games.

    Overall amazing game but cause of poor PvP options, I won't praise the sun :)

    There is no shame in ignoring all enemies and running to the boss arena. Sometimes there are just to many enemies and people get bored of killing them. Even in Dark Souls there were many areas where reaching the boss arena was more difficult than killing the boss.

    I ll buy it (along with millions others) even if it is priced $60

     

    Games like these (Dragon's Dogma, Skyrim on console) truly deserve a HD Console Remaster. Most new to BB won't play Dark Souls 1 cause its on PS3 and graphics is outdated. They are missing the most amazing and arguably one of the best games of last gen. Bloodborne is like a short trailer for the full movie called Dark Souls.

     

    Dark Souls Remaster will be EPIC. But it won't happen :(

    I honestly didn't like PvP in this game.

     

    Very few covenants, no duel arenas. No red soapstone like items. No blue phantoms. Meh. Dark Souls PvP is so much fun compared to this.

    Haven't played any Witcher game so far (unfortunately), but I have a fair idea what kind of RPG Wild Hunt will be. Witcher 3 will have more depth in combat, skills, story choices etc compared to many other RPGs. Also inventory management and stuff. Only a RPG enthusiast will truly enjoy that game.

     

    If someone is not interested in --> exploring the rich detailed world, paying attention to conversations, character progression. Then Witcher 3 is not for you.

     

    I know what I will do when W3 releases, ignore Hope's posts so that I don't feel like common sense is dead and I can peacefully discuss the game with others. I don't want to visit W3 thread after a good gaming session and read garbage.

    Ludwig's Quality build (25/25 Skill/Str, 500 damage) destroys everyone and everything in this game. Unstoppable! Won 12 PVP duels in a row since yesterday night without healing :smokey: Them Casul healers don't stand a chance.
