My first PvP kill
Four mins of 1 vs 1 duel.The invader rushed straight to the house expecting that AI hunter to help him but I had already killed that enemyu. I even got one numbing mist hit. Bastard immediately ran towards that weird missile throwing enemy. Dauda dauda ke maara saale ko
This game's PVP is so fast! No chance of bullsh*t like lag backstabs in previous games. Only healing sucks cause it just drags the fight unnecessarily.

Throw a blue water at him after damaging him, he can't heal for few seconds.
Numbing mist. AnK didn't have it. I had 3 of those but it was not equipped in quick slot and I forgot about it. Healing ruin's PvP by dragging it to long.
From where can we buy Numbing mist? It isn't available for me.

Just had a bloody long battle PvP
Mean & me exploring forbidden woods & someone invaded right in the mouth of a cannon & gazillion enemies with mean low on health & forgetting to get his blood vails while joining

Yup, it was awesome. Had very few vials when that invader showed up :/ And that f**ker was constantly healing.
And LOL, just when he showed up almost all the enemies in the nearby area came after us rushing. There were atleast 10 enemies plus the invader plus that canon

Finally killed Amelia. Now entered forbidden woods after providing password to gatekeeper.
Also there are two more areas:
1. If we take right before the church where we kill Amelia and go down, there are 2 hunters. One with electric weapon. Killed them and a witch above kidnapped me. I entered a hidden city and escaped from there via lamp post. Should I continue here?
2. If we take left from before that Church, we enter a forest like area. Is it same as forbidden woods?
1.Yahar'gul Unseen Village. Those Snatchers drop twin bloodstone shards which you need to upgrade a weapon from +3 to +6. Kill a few of them to upgrade your fav weapon to +6. No need to continue further in this area.
2. Hemwick's Lane. Different from Forbidden Woods. Complete this area now. This area's boss is the easiest and most boring so far. Also after defeating the area boss you get rune workshop tool which allows you to equip runes.
So Farm twin stones for +6 weapon --> Hemwick --> Forbidden Woods.

I think I got it by killing either of the two hunters or in one area where we have to keep falling in a pit. Or on one of the wooden planks.
It must be the Hunter with the Gatling gun.
Also, did you go all the way down the Pit? There is a tricky jump there to get to a Door that leads to a secret area. Go there if you haven't. Awesome stuff !

Yeah I have opened up all shortcuts, also you dont need to buy that emblem. I got it from somewhere while exploring. Don't remember from where. And wtf pacific rim kaiju? I will check that dude out before dying against Amelia.
What you have must be something else. Hunter Chief emblem can only be bought.

Yes, that Wheel is just a f**king wheel. Ugliest weapon ever in Soul series. Don't give a rats a*s about the stats. I am never using a ugly wheel, LOL.
The Katana looks Sexy though. My next build gonna be Skill based.

Also instead of entering the church, we can go left and then down. Cave like structure there. What is down there?Summon players. Fight is 10 times easier when you co-op.
Use the item Numbing mist when she tries to heal. Always attack from the sides or back. She is weak to fire so buy some fire paper and Molotovs.

Yup, looks similar to the ones in Ash Lake. I was thinking the same. All previous games had some sort of connection.

Yup, I also died a few times. It's a tricky jump and I am sure many people don't know about it. LOL, I was expecting a new area with enemies but instead got this wow wtf feeling.

Hey Keano, What level do you think is good for finishing the Forbidden forest area? I am level 40.
Currently have a lot of echoes (around 40k) and don't want to lose them. Don't have anything else to buy :/

Don't remember exactly where I got them. But what we have is very basic materials that will allow us to play Static dungeons.
You get better chalice materials in the dungeons. Better materials will allow you to create randomized Dungeons.

Co-op is fun but super laggy
At times frame rate drops to 10-15
Also in boss fights the boss sometimes just moves in disappearance
The graphics & fast AI obviously takes it's toll but still they need to patch things up
Yup, they will patch it. Even Dark Souls (and 2) had MP issues at launch.
That's the reason I haven't started Chalice Dungeons even though I have lots of chalice materials. Will wait for next patch before starting them in co-op. Patch should arrive before weekend.

That boss fight is just too easy on co-op. I helped a few randoms and it was similar. Solo is very difficult mainly cause of that fur that completely blocks your vision. BC I found it difficult to read her next move when attacking her rear. Terrible boss design.
So how much time did matchmaking take? Now we know Heaven's connection as a host sucks

Finished the game after a 5 day no-life marathon(~50 hours + 2 hours on an alternate character). Few optional bosses, NPC quests and secret areas left(some castle and nightmare frontier), I'll tackle them before starting NG+.
Most of the bosses are easy once you figure out their attack patterns and don't engage them from the front. The only bosses I struggled so far are Father G and Ebrietas, Daughter of cosmos(still did not finish this bitch, got the final upgrade item for my axe - Blood Rock; need some nice blood gems before I pay her a visit).

Worst enemy of the entire game? Mobs of the enemy shown in below video, aptly called brain suckers
At one point I had 50+ insight and then Secret Area Upper Cathedral with sh*t ton of brain suckers happened

I have six insights.Reading the comments it will increase difficulty.How to reduce insights?
Game is slightly more difficult once you have 15 insight. And then the more you have difficulty increases.
Below 15 insight = Normal game. So stop panciking.

Since you didn't read the item stats properly, I ll explain it to you. Physical damage reduction is not the only thing to look for in armor. There enemies that cause elemental damage (fire, lightning, poison etc). Every armor stats also show you the damage reduction against all types damage.
Father G armor set has the best slow poison resistance. It will be helpful in Old Y area and specially against the Blood starved beast.
