Usually during the peak monsoon season so July to August. But then I have always visited baga during those months to minimise viewing Indian uncles mistaking underwear (holes dlc included) from beach shorts. Baga still has a lot of shacks open even during that time compared to Calangute. Blue Frog IIRC is one amazing upscale shack on baga. The farthest ends are the ones where you get great good buy also shady high 16yr old kids who think they're 26. Easter is absolutely fine. Everything including the buttons on your shirt will be open due to the heat.

Np. I've done numerous trips to goa. You're atleast going in somewhat decent season I once went in absolute off-peak season in July when literally all the shacks at Calangute were closed You'll have fun.

Also infanteria Cafe. It's a place you'll either love or hate but well worth a swing when in baga. If for some reason you guys narrow down on Calangute, this is another incredibly awesome place.
