You can play his upgraded FIFA 21 on your PS5 via sharing, but cannot play each other as EA doesn’t support cross gen online.. Please route that to someone in your city from IVG if you get it, don't cancel

They won't cancel from their side, if the delivery is delayed and you are being too pushy then they will call you and ask you to cancel and give you 500 bucks voucher, classic examples are @quixote_1989 and me. So don't ever call customer care if the order is delayed, just have patience and they will deliver wait for a week more at the max. Even if they call you and ask to cancel decline it totally and they won't pressure you more..
