    I was thinking it could be because of the HDMI cables I'm using. The XSX HDMI cable is too small, so I've used an HDMI 2.1 cable (for the console and for eARC) which meets all the XSX requirements.


    I have the same one :P no issues on the PS5 but PS5 doesn’t has Atmos too, It shouldn’t turn off every time though..

    which sound bar you have ? I have seen this issue on my JBL Atmos sound bar but it happens once in a while not every time. When you come to home screen it has to switch to normal PSM audio, same happens on my Netflix App. It keeps switching between Atmos and PCM.

     

    If you have eARC, try connecting the console the soundbar and see if there are same issues. Not recommended if you have a 120 HZ set up

    Honestly the One X and PS4 Pro both don't hold a candle to both next gen consoles. I can't imagine myself turning on my PS4 Pro or One X ever. 


    Very true, After seeing Days Gone and GOT on PS5 I am never going to play anything on PS4 Pro.. the difference is huge.. it’s pretty much like some of the last gen games were made to be Next Gen..

     

    I will comment on the One X vs Series X once I have tested it personally kyuki one should really see things to believe :P

    Not really, PS Pro vs PS5 also huge difference when you compare recent games. PS Pro struggles on unoptimized games. If you can secure it and have a 4K HDR display then definitely worthy upgrade..

    FlipKart guy had called, Gave them properly.. told him I am not blaming you but asked Retail net and FlipKart to gets things straitened and not show on the website that it will be still shipped on 25th when the goddamn day is over and still showing Arriving by today.. They must be raping retail net, but can’t do much than waiting out as tomorrow as Sunday as well..

    I swear :furious::furious: they took local peeps for Granted... Are there anyone here who is not in Bangalore whose console hasn’t shipped from FLIPKART yet

    Weird thing happened when I registered my console. I registered it today (26/12) but my warranty is valid till 21/12/2021. I got the invoice from Flipkart and the invoice date was 22/12.

     

    So Microsoft activated my warranty the day FK created the invoice, which means they are automatically updating proof of purchase from the retailer. The console serial number is on the outer packaging itself so FK could possibly have scanned it when it was being shipped out.

    If you really want that extra 5 days you can raise a complaint with Microsoft and they will fix it. You can show them the delivery date..

     

    Funny thing is folks who have Series X from grey market showed warranty till Jan 2021 so basically their console was not scanned by any retailer

    Mine definitely seems to have come from launch stock. And the box was sealed as well so even if it is a returned console, the original buyer didn’t open it.

    If it isn’t a returned console, I wonder where FK got it from.


    Did you register ?  Check if you are also getting 13 month warranty
