Not 3070, but 3080 can definitely do it on optimized games also for consoles they build custom GPU so its not apples to apples..
$1000 is a good subsidized pricing as actual actual $ recovery is via games.. the Series X and PS5 configuration also costs more than $500 to make

Ponies talk as if everyone just games in 3090 level of performance. In fact Before the SS it’s crossgen which is actually holding back this generation .
It could be a pain to develop games for Series S due to its configuration.. But in no ways its holding back any generation.. Series X and PS5 multiplat are getting maxed out features that can run smoothly on their configuration on all the games that has come out...
Offtopic - Personally I feel even Xbox Series X and PS5 aren't even strong enough for a proper next gen dogfight, Having a performance and Fidelity mode in this Era just sucks, it should have been stopped for the PSPro and One X age..
My wishlist console configuration would be - A $1,000 console which can run modern games at Native 4K Ultra 60-90+ Full RT

No need for 60%.. you can pay 50% and other guy pays 50%.
Your account should be given to the other person so he will make your account as Primary on his system, only then he can play games on his account. You will get trophies regardless if purchases is made on your account.
Game sharing should be between trusted ppl so find a long term friend/partner.. If you are hellbent that all purchases should be made on your account then 60% make sense but if either of you decide we will buy games alternatively on each other's account then 50% make sense so either of you can play the game always...
