@wolfy do you have any guys lined up to replace suarez if he leaves
-
RvP/Chica
Nani/Welb Shinji/Wazza Valencia
Carrick Fellaini
Evra Vida Rio Rafael
considering the time left, I really hope we get either Herrera/Fellaini. and ^ would be my ideal starting 11.
valencia, welback is garbage ...rest of the squad is good..if nani doesnt regain his form then you guys need 2 wingers.

podolski and mertesacker go to work..bring us ozil.
-
need to remain grounded

-
yersterday we gave out an excellent performance ..defending and counter attacking were solid. they had 2 or 3 shots in the entire game and there goal keeper was the best player by a mile.

now time to sign ozil.

The article from Diego Torres (El Pais) is centred on one thing. An alleged agreement between Real & Bale to buy him this summer.
It is a civil agreement which states that IF Madrid don't buy Bale before the 3rd of September they'd need to pay Bale & co 20M.
Madrid, naturally, deny this deal exists. Levy believes it to be true and for that reason is making them wait as they can't pull out.
Madrid, apparently, offered Spurs a "100M€: accept or the deal is off" on Tuesday and Levy didn't even bat an eyelid.
Levy remains relaxed about the whole scenario and says the worst case is he gets to keep Bale for another season (his value won't decrease).
So basically Levy is relaxed as he believes Real have a 'civil agreement' with Bale to sign him so will get his money either way. They wait.
Finally, it mentions that Levy is giving Bale as much time off as he needs because it's not his problem if Bale doesn't arrive match fit.
why the f**k would real madrid need to pay 20 m...if spurs are dragging this sh*t...only spurs fans can come out with this kind of sh*t.."Levy didn't even bat an eyelid" & "Levy remains relaxed about the whole scenario and says the worst case is he gets to keep Bale for another season (his value won't decrease)" HOLY CRAP

He seems to be an idealist in this modern football climate & very few idealist survive in modern football or even modern society to be fair.
the sad thing is he said the same about fabregas, narsi, rvp, song and we all know how that ended...wilshere and ramsey will defiantly leave the club if we are not winning anything and real or barca come calling in few years time.

You should be ashamed of yourself. Using harsher words might get me perma ban on here but this is by far one of the most irritating/idiotic things I have read on this particular thread on this forum.
Arsenal fanbase getting more idiotic by the day it seems.
sometimes you have to take a step back to move forward...i am not saying we need to win things all the time but not competing when you have the resources is unacceptable...winning a game against spurs is not going to get us anywhere..we will be struggling to finish in top four and need miracle of epic proposition to win any of the cups with this squad..i want arsenal to do well on the long run and if losing one match can bring about a positive change in club then its worth it...if we win against spurs then we are not signing anyone of quality..maybe one of two unwanted played..that's about it.
wenger will come out with his pathetic excuses again
We tried but could not find anyone of top top top quality to go with the top top quality players he has.
Diaby is coming back and he missed so much matches last season and will be a new signing.
A team can be improved not only from outside but also from inside too ..ramsey,wilshere,giroud are all progessing well and bring excellent quality to our game.
Are you ok with things going on now..i mean 8 years without trophy..highest ticket prices in entire europe and continuously selling best players (rvp, nasri, song, cesc) and not buying players of any caliber..fans have right to question the club when the club is not spending the money which they had put in when clearly the squad needs strengthening.
please explain to me why you are ok with our current position.
-
i want arsenal to lose tomorrow so there is a chance we will wake up and decide on moving forward...wenger needs to go..this transfer window has been a complete joke..8 years no trophy and there is talks of new contract being offered..how pathetic can a club be...bring in jurgen kloop

champions league draw starting..
-
nobody will want him...1.he is crap 2.on huge wages and Chelsea will still ask 15 million for him when he is not worth 8 million.
atletico madrid or liverpool are the only decent clubs i can think off.

I am just pointing out the hypocrisy in what Mourinho said. I didn't say he was a bad coach did I?
A manager says he wants to work hard to achieve something & not splash the cash but in the end is doing the opposite of what he said & no one should even point out the hypocricy? There was no need for him to say what he did if he didn't mean it.
apart from lampard none of there front 6 are above an age of 24 but still they will continue to compete for the title because of mourinho....its down to him..its wise to spend and have a good squad than to save cash and lose matches when you could have prevented it..wenger should learn a thing or two.
-
"We have to improve the team, but when I say improve the team people are already thinking about how many millions Chelsea will spend. When I say improve the team, I mean through work," he said,
"My work has to improve players and improve the team. If I don't do that I am not happy with myself." - Jose Mourinho after joining Chelsea. He has spent 60m+ in 2 months since that.
Only reason why it isn't 100m right now is because United are not willing to sell Rooney to them.
Jose Mourinho is 10 times better coach than wenger...he won champions league with porto and inter milan ....2 teams he built with limited resources..during that time he made milito, samuels, wesley, deco, carvalho, maicon, chivu, pandev look like the best players in the world...they were good even after his time but not upto that standard.
wenger 8 seasons no trophy..even with the likes of fabregas, rvp, nasri in the team...moruihno would never settle for 4th ..about wenger less said the best..i dont want him to splash cash but signing 1 or 2 extra players of quality could have won us titles..especially when we had song, fabregas, nasri, rvp, wilshere and walcott in the same team ..he screwed everything up by signing Campbell,Sylvester and not signing a keeper to replace almunia.
its simple mourinho target at the start of season is to win title and wenger's to have a decent season and market the club well on a global level.
-
soldado, lamela, Paulinho,Eriksen, capoue, chiriches and chadli not bad signings..but you still need a better striker and creative midfielder
