    RR is one team which I believe has the best team spirit...what makes me feel even good about RR is about it having Indian youngsters who perform well and they do play their hearts out, I really appreciate RR in that regard. Credit surely goes to the legend for that, Shane Warne..

    and what about mumbai Indians? :D

    sahara wants sachin really bad, i think its gonna be a huge fight between mallaya, subroto and ambani

    I dont think Ambani will let him go, I mean he will just give sachin a plane or something if he thinks of leaving :ko:

     

    but really the ambanis have been too good to tendulkar, not even mallaya has capability to buy sachin from MI.

    the icon status is no more in practice from this season (or next) i believe.

    could be wrong though.

    . the players are only free to go to other team if they find a better offer and the current management agrees. If the star players dont want to go then there is no 1 who can throw them from the team. they may change the icon players but the ICON format is there

    I fear this IPL auction may create a situation where players like DRavid and Laxman are left unsole and Yusuf Pathan is sold upwards of 2 million $ !!

    I am pretty sure their shoes have sole <_<

    BTW welcome to IPL format, and sorry to break the news Dravid and Laxman are star players, so they cannot be thrown out of their team unless they get a better offer from other team.

    KKR's Bowling side Failed Again :)

    yeah , but fielding of both the teams was at its worst again.

     

    KKR should not be disheartened by the loss. Mumbai is already there, and RCB and Delhi will make it most likely. for the fourth slot rajasthan, chennai and kkr will slog it out. and even after the loss the KKR will be in the level in terms of point and matches played.

     

    Deccan are in with a chance too but its very remote.

    heart wants mumbai to win, but dont want deccan to goo out of the tournament :chair:

    BTW : finally some 1 has understood tht tendulkar is actually using bowlers pace to score, good move by gilly to introduce medium pacers and spinner in the start.

    If only shikhar can capitalise on it

    I think IPL should also follow EPL, there should be no semi final and final, team on top of table at the end of season wins, Mumbai is doing great, and i am sure they will loose in semis, not a great result...

    I dont agree, i think the current format is just fine or else it will become too much predictable. I mean even now there is good chance for chennai and other teams to make it to semi finals. Keeps the game open.

    On the other hand , i feel that the league standings must be used as a criteria for selecting 3 teams for ICL.

    The tournament is really getting interesting now, except for mumbai no other team is sure of semi finals. and except for punjab all the teams are in contention for semi finals :wallbash: . but i have a feeling that the Kings 11 will spoil the party for a team or 2 winning a couple of matches.
