    Oh man, I would've preferred some colour. The only brand which experiments with colour in a good way.

    Actually i was gonna go for the yellow, but the staff said that the color is glossy finish and scratches are visible very easily. So went for the matte black, but those morons still handed me a yellow charger plate :wallbash:

    Bc, got only 1K discount, duniya bhar ka bahana banane laga sala while giving the discount, i had hoped to get it for 30. Well with qi charger, it is not such a bad deal i suppose.

    Also, HTC one is a gorgeous phone to look at, apart from functionality, its super sexy, it completely beats every phone in the market at present. It was also nice to see HTC promoting it very well, with dedicated Htc staff in multi retail store. My friend says, price for it is gonna drop very soon. Pity, i could not afford it.

     

    Now, I own 2 windows phone, however the 2nd(focus) one is only semi functional :fear:

    also as someone on cricinfo pointed out :

    in WC - India lost to SA and tied against ENG & here - SA Lost to IND and tied against WI

    Ya i understand, even i feel sad for selling my OneX, it was an awesome phone, also mine was the international version and i was running super awesome Viper Rom on it. Have never felt bad selling a phone before that :(Go for the Lumia mate, except the weight of the phone, it is a very good phone.Also iPhone 4, it is one phone i could never sell, and will probably never sell. It will stay with me till it dies :P

    Yep iPhone 4 was the best phone for me as well, used it for good 18 months iPhones after that have been useless. Even this time I am looking for a phone to keep, will use the phone for good 2 or more years. Weight is not a problem, the only problem would be the resale value. Nokia mein toh koi idiot bhi nahi banta :(

    Dude, seriously 8 to 9K extra over your budget for the best phone on the market is something you should think about!

    I have made too many wasteful expenditure this year, so I have to think about my finances now :( . Was quite content with my one x , but due to at&t many features are locked, even my car does not recognise the phone via Bluetooth :wallbash: . Either ways I am a lower middle class guy, I have never spent more than 30-34k on a phone in my life. The iPhones and the other smartphones I have used were due to my setting with friend who was a retailer in UK and sold the phone without VAT. But now he had migrated to cannada and I have to face the harsh reality of expensive phones.

    also GS: One actually is selling for 38900 in Bangalore, so think again you will get a better phone for 9k more :P

    It's 42 in reliance digital and still not appeared in local croma, so no discount on thr for me. I am gonna try to get the s4 at 35k, is tht does not work out its Lumia 920 today evevning

    Saale phone ke liye le raha hai or buying it for free charger :PBTW mobile store also giving free charger with htc one :naughty:

    I almost convinced myself to get the one, but then thought about the extra ,12k and then I decided against it. For 30 k Lumia seems to be the best bet. Note 2 was another option, but I have used it for few weeks before its not much to my liking.

    I don't follow the notebooks so closely but SONY is staging a revival there as well, as far as I have heard. More importantly I feel the original notebook giants HP and DELL are really the slackers these days.

     

    About smartphones I can understand due to the very pocked support they gave the SONY XPERIA Early 2012 line-up (S, P, U, Sola and go) you are bitter but their later releases has redeemed itself and even developer support is not lacking. Tablets still priced insanely, though.

     

    Windows Phone is a beautiful OS I agree, parents recently bought a Lumia 520 and really no complaints to be heard.

    The xperia S had horrible built quality, and absolutely no features, the apps kept crashing.Even the auto brightness was not present.

    My friends sony notebook died just few back, only 1 month after expiration of warranty, another frind has a notebook, the keys from the keyboard keep popping off randomly. Even Acer has a better built quality. Whereas my 5 year old HP is still going strong with no complaints, i was so impressed by it that I purchased another hp notebook few months back.

    I have the best experience with sony, for sound systems, led and gaming console, and I will only stick to tht

    I have got so used to the win phos that I cannot imagine not having it.

    Avengers was a bunch of one liners with few lame and few great action scenes. There was not much plot development. I am not complaining though. I enjoyed it, though not as good as TDKR or MoS or Iron Man 1. It really did feel like they were focussing too much on Iron Man and Tony Stark compared to what Avengers really is. It was more like Iron Man and friends rather than Avengers. I dont blame them as Iron Man has become Marvel's biggest franchise compared to Caps and Thor and Hulk, and they gave what people wanted.

     

    Still, the final battle was no where as awesome as Man of Steel action considering the fact that there were tons of super beings fighting where as in MoS they are 2-3 at max.

    I liked avengers, but captain America should be renamed Gayptain America, the only reason they released his movie was to include him in the plot

    Your call, it is an options and pretty decent one at that, SONY's line-up and pricing strategy has improved a lot since its fractious fall-out with Ericsson last year.

    Would rate sony as the worst company for notebooks and smartphones. Besdies, I love the win pho too much and my Samsung focus is.already showing signs of death.

    Ask zee, if there is one guy who will get you the best offer for a WP, he is the one :P

    personally I would say wait till 17th July, the new Lumia EOS is coming with the awesome-sauce 41 MP camera :D

    17th July is too far man. Ek Bakra pakda hai, 21k for my at&t one x. July tak bhag jayega woh :P . Also, the new.phone would be expensive, I am more comfortable in the 30 price range, for which 920 seems to be the best option.
