    You won't find developers of AAA PlayStation 3 exclusives jawing at each other; on the contrary, they really want to support one another.

     

    Take Naughty Dog boss Evan Wells, for instance. Only months after producing what is arguably the best title of the generation in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Wells sat down and played SCEA Santa Monica's God of War III (yeah, be jealous). You would think it'd take a whole hell of a lot to impress someone who oversaw one of the most impressive interactive achievements thus far, but if there's one game that could do it, it's GoWIII. Check out what Wells said over at his Twitter page:

     

    "Finished GOW3 last night! Stunning! No reason not to buy this game if you have a PS3, and if you don't, you should buy one to play it!"

     

    Competition is always healthy, provided those involved are always open to new ideas and are willing to compliment their rivals. And while SCEA isn't really a "rival" for Naughty Dog, they are two different development studios and you can bet they'll cue off each other. Uncharted 2 and God of War III might technically fall into the same category (we'd put one in the "Action" category and one in the "Action/adventure" category), they're two very different experiences. Wells obviously had fun with it; he isn't ignoring what's going on around him. And hey, remember when GoWIII director Stig Asmussen said they were using Killzone 2 and Uncharted 2 as visual benchmarks for his game?

     

    Isn't it cool when they all play nice?

    i think more people here in INDIAN videogamer play fps's with a controller.

    pc has got nothing to do with it.

     

     

    Yeah definitely,infact a friend of mine who is a hard core pc fps gamer came home and was surprised to see me play well on MW2 and Kz2,and asked me how did i adjust to controller to play fps,i told him i dont need to adjust cos i have only been playing consoles and never had a liking for pc gaming

    not everything has to be rigid and taken on face value.

     

    god of war 3 will be awesome, yes, but halo reach is a pretty good title as well and it has its fans.

    people just have good valued different opinions.

    we have to decide whether to read it or to give importance to it or not :unsure:

     

     

    I understand,i get easily offended when people talk crap about games that i love!!

     

    Recently Jim Sterling from destructoid went on to call heavy rain crap compared to some game called Premonition or something!!

    Was reading a couple of comments in a blog where they compared Halo Reach with GOW3 and called Halo Reach to be GOTY and blah blah,honestly they were first comparing the HALO REACH pre rendered CGI with GOW3 real time render,and all halo fans went overboard calling GOW3 a stupid in the most blatant way.

     

    Halo Reach MP beta was leaked and the fans of the franchise are going overboard,ok i find nothing special in halo reach,same old halo game,same old generic visuals,but wait the game has got some sort of magical spark which makes the fans go excited,similarly its the same f******g magic but multiplied by 1600 times which makes us go super excited on God of War3

    God of War 3 will see release on March 16th in North America and the game is being touted as a truly remarkable experience. With breathtaking graphics and epic boss battles, the wait for the game is becoming very difficult. Naughty Dog's Evan Wells recently completed the game and has nothing but good things to say about, even going as far as telling people to buy a PS3 to play it.

     

    Evan posted on his Twitter account the following message about God of War 3: "Finished GOW3 last night! Stunning! No reason not to buy this game if you have a PS3, and if you don't, you should buy one to play it!"

    Since Uncharted 2: Among Thieves was on this level of epic, too, this is a large statement coming from Evan Wells. The onslaught of amazing PS3 titles doesn't seem like it was cease anytime soon.

    I hate destructoid for what they talked about heavy rain!!

     

    I bet after having a sweet talk about GOW3's first 30 minutes they might end up saying the full game was bad and sh*t,Destructoid sucks!!!!

    Sir Stig Genius Asmussen also revealed to HipHopGamer that during the games play testing,one gamer was able to clock GOW3 in 13hours(now that i s a second playthrough time) and the first play through time fr another player was 20hours,well personally i think its going to take more than 30 hours and 240 deaths to complete GOW3 on titan mode to get platinum
