    got a call from Game4u, street dates are broken game is being shipped tomorrow...

     

     

     

    Old news to me,one more additional news,15,000 copies of GOW3 being shipped to india alone :O

     

    And there were raids here in chennai by Sony india after reports came that GOW3 was being sold unofficially before the release date,Milestone then takes a decision to dispatch copies of the game to all major cities,the copies of the game are right now at Milestone Warehouse in Chennai(for chennai retailers and wholesalers),the game will be allowed to release tomorrow!!!

    Oh trust me dude...what MT said before about a certain level being cheap....there is more to it than that.

     

    Like I said...let majority of the people here play the game...then I can openly explain myself...

     

     

    Ok,i will have to wait till march end or so to get the game :bigyellowgrin:

    Ok...im done...and im freaking out at how well it has all come together...they weren't kidding when they said THIS IS IT.

     

    For those thinking about difficulty...play it on NORMAL first...even if you are the most hardcore of god of war 3 players...not because TITAN mode is difficult, but because NORMAL will give you a chance to check out your new toys as much as possible...on TITAN you will be forced to use certain weapons in certain situations and will not be able to choreograph your own awesome fight sequence. Most of us want that amazing looking fight that onlookers will go WOW at. So i suggest play at NORMAL first.

     

    Combat is not difficult even in TITAN mode...you will just have to play by the book...and Kratos does not play buy the book(atleast in the first playthrough). Combat is here is refined and too many toys to play with...so it feels way more easier than prior games. Most of the deaths will be due to miscalculated platforming.

     

    Amazing game. Not perfect...could have been better( i'll touch on this once everyone has played the game)...but I swear....what the game does well...it does BEST. There is no competition...

    i will let you guys know, i am gona start playing in Titan mode after i am done with normal mode(around an hr left i think)

     

    will tell you how difficult it is....

     

     

    Please let us know athek,we want to have a broader idea so that we enjoy our first playthrough(on not soo tough and not so easy modes),a bit balanced mode

    well Chaos mode is the most difficult one...

     

    @msprashant - its a person viewpoint that how he wants to play, i was too far into game to realise that i am just having it to easy in the Normal mode, so could not switch back to Titan Mode, but if given a choice i will love to play in Titan mode, damn it i need some challenge...in Normal mode you literally laugh your a*s out that is how easy it is....

     

     

    So your suggesting it would be better of to start GOW3 on titan mode?

     

    Wont it be frustratingly tough??

    Not at all. So far, there isn't even a single screen, let alone a whole level, that appears cheap in that respect.

     

     

    Nice to hear,all this makes the wait for march19th a painful one ;)

    Its cheap. Its got tons of enemies, many battles spread out one after the other and if you die towards the end of it, the game makes you play them all, all over again.

     

     

    I thought you were mentioning quality of the particular levels visuals to be cheap/bad ;) ,thank god it wasnt that!!!!!!!

    So played it already I assume?

     

     

    No man,no no,how can i play when the Ultimate Edition is still yet to arrive :doh:

     

    I gave the impressions after playing the first two god of war games back when they were released,i made the same mistake trying out the games on hardest/hard difficulties on the first playthrough,found it really annoying and tough,once i completed them on normal,it was enjoyable in God Mode on GOW1 and wait GOW chains of Olympus is the one gow game which i started on the toughest difficulty on my first play through and completed it in 6 or more hours!!

    One must never play any game on the highest difficulty on the first try,and with GOW series dont even imagine to try it out on high difficulty,Normal would be a perfect starter for god of war3,cos you start with higher difficulty and keep getting killed,can make you feel angry about the game,once you complete on normal or on easy difficulty,you would be knowing what happens during every scenario,and thus can proceed with higher difficulties like Chaos or Titan mode

    I am not joking here,i am serious,its being sold at a shop near Ashok Pillar(Hot Chips-first floor,name of the shop GAME SHOPPE) at 3,300,they had 25copies in the morning,and doubt if its sold already :thumbsup:
