I had a similar problem with my xbox one x but the hard drive was making noise. Swapped it out myself and has been working since.
Last year I took my ps3 super slim to gaffar market for hdmi out problem and got it fixed in front of me at a random shop. It was fixed in half hour for 500rs.
You can go there with xbox in hand, I'm sure a bunch of touts will approach you. Just be firm about getting it fixed in front of you.
