Try this: Win+R -> %localappdata% -> in the AppData/Local folder delete IconCache.db file, then go to Task Manager and restart Windows Explorer. See if this fixes the issue.

My BR1500G is performing fine now, it caused the system to restart a few times when I posted that in September, but since then it is working fine during cuts even under heavy load. Don't know what the problem was, I suspect there were a few "dirty" power cuts which caused it to restart.

Guys, I have a headphone with 2 separate jacks for audio and mic. How can I use it with devices with only a single 3.5mm jack (like PS4 controller) so that both mic and headphone work? Do I need a separate connector or something? Thanks.

Yes, if you connect it to a PC and install their software(Powerchute), you can control every setting of the UPS from the system itself.

Mine too works fine when the load is low but when load is around 470W+ mark and there is power cut, the system restarts. Don't know where the problem is, just noticed this behavior couple of days ago. At what setting have you set the Sensitivity of the UPS? High, Medium or Low?

Hi, I got the same UPS for my system in February. It is working as intended during power cuts when the load is low (150-200W) but while gaming when the load is around 500W mark and there is power cut the system restarts abruptly. Don't know whether it is not able to switch over as quickly as it should or there is any other problem? The 500W load is still way under its support output of 865W. Is yours working fine? Thanks.
