    CPU temperature @ 93 degree celcius while gaming. I5 4440. Is it high risk? COuld it be causing the stutter during games?

     

    I have the same CPU (4440) and a GTX 970 and my CPU temps NEVER go above 67 even at MAX LOAD and this is on the shitty stock Intel cooler it came with.

     

    By the way, 93 is considered DANGEROUS, so yeah, check your cooler or thermal paste or BOTH. If it's time to change the cooler, then get a decent cooler and not the stock Intel one. They're sh*t coolers.

     

    Edit: By the way, my cabinet has good airflow with two fans SUCKING IN cool air and two fans SUCKING THE HOT AIR OUT! And then there's the PSU fan also :)

    Weird. My swords never broke. I always keep it above 75% though.

     

    Yeah, mine's never broken either. One of them did turn red, but then I just either repair it using repair kits or switch to a "backup" sword for the time being and repair it at the blacksmith.

     

    It's ALWAYS a good idea to keep a backup Steel sword and a backup Silver sword.

    It was a real PITA mid game. Don't buy weapon kits. In stead of it, buy the diagrams and buy the ingredients, which you can have for cheap. Is cheaper that way.

     

    He won't find diagrams to weapon repair kits much further in the game. At least, that's what happened to me :P

     

    I found the diagrams to amateur weapon repair kit from a merchant in some desolate corner of Novigrad.

     

    Edit: I think a herbalist had them, which was pretty weird :P

    And I cant go back to a village when I am in the middle of a dungeon or far out in the forests in the middle of a quest to repair a sword. Thats insane.

     

    I can understand that. That's why you need the weapon repair kit.

     

    Just keep looking and try to visit new populated areas like villages, etc. There is almost always a blacksmith in every village. Just ride to one that you can see in the mini map that has lots of houses (top down view in the map) and you'll get a blacksmith. Once you unlock it's "marker", you can fast travel there rather than riding there each time :)

     

    The repair kits aren't that scarce, so don't worry :) You just need to find those blacksmiths :)

     

     

    In AC that stuff is unlocked from start. Just go and have fun.

    My stupid sword keeps breaking. Where can I buy repair items?

    You can buy repair kits from armorers and blacksmiths. Some repair 15% damage, some 40%, and the master repair kit will repair 90% :)

     

    By the way, you can ask any armorer or blacksmith to repair your swords and armor anytime you visit them :)

     

    The repair option is under crafting :)

    Sure i5 btw alpha 6600 will cost 2k more and the clock speed is just .20 more

    Those 2k extra spent would be totally worth it. Trust me. The "k" processors are unlocked processors, which can be OC'd. The non-k processors CANNOT be OC'd.

    Are you sure it's the 1200 model? I thought all 1TB models were older versions. Last I knew, the 1200 models were only coming in the 500 Gb variant.

    If given the chance, absolutely :D Although am not that much far in the game, so don't know what my options are. When you said "both", am presuming it means Triss and Yennefer :D Is it possible to romance both of them? or do we have to choose? PLEASE JUST DON'T SPOIL IT FOR ME by telling me anything of importance :P

     

    Oh and FINALLY nailed Keira :D SPOILER => I let her live and told her to go to Kaer Morhen. Didn't want such fine pair of tits go to waste :fap:

    Don't spend all your gold there :P Passiflora is quite expensive lol

     

    Well, I temporarily used the money cheat on one of my save files and "went to town," like a lot :D

     

     

    Hahaha!

     

    Besides, you can get it for free with quite a lot of side quests and with the leading ladies. ;)

     

    Looking forward to it :D I've been doing quite a few favors to "Keira Metz". Wonder when she'll let me in her pants. Am saying yes to all her requests.

    You should. Gwent is AWESOME! Some of the players can be so tough. The toughest I've had was a guy playing with the "Monsters" faction. He had some SERIOUSLY AWESOME cards. It was unbelievable. Played with him at least 10 games before I lucked out with good cards and figured out a good strategy with those cards to win :D

     

    Am trying to collect ALL THE CARDS. It's gonna be AWESOME! Never been THIS EXCITED about a card game that's INSIDE another game :D

    Am having SO MUCH FUN playing Gwent :D I seriously did not know we could win cards from regular people like trade merchants, blacksmiths, armorers, innkeepers, etc. I thought we could only buy them from merchants and win those unique cards from "quest people".

     

    Am revisiting all those inns and blacksmiths and playing the game of Gwent. I bid high, 10 bucks, and when I win the match, 95% of them give me a card :D. I still can't believe one of them gave me a unique/special card with hit value 10 and it doesn't get affected by weather :D

    If I know correctly, the problem you faced is due to the change of hardware in your system. You have to re-verify your copy by contacting Microsoft. There's no quick fix other than *ahem-ing* I'm afraid. :-/

     

    That's what they told me, due to hardware change, but even after giving them my Win 10 key (which I extracted) and the Win 8 key, they were saying I need to install Windows 8 again and upgrade from there. Spent more than an hour banging my head with quite a few of them. I said f**k it and gave up :P

     

    I have found a fix for that already. In case anyone wants to know how I resolved it - You just have to create another account and migrate your data to it. I tried a number of solutions found on the internet, but none worked except this. And, I don't have any major complaints about Windows 10. I use it only for basic things so why would I? :P

     

    Am glad you got it sorted bro :D Happy Gaming :D

     

    By the way, if you ever upgrade to SSD or already have an SSD with an OS on it, lemme know. There are certain tweaks and modifications that you need to do in your OS for a long-lasting SSD, since standard OS protocols are for a regular HDD and actually degrade the life of an SSD if you keep em running :)

    Unfortunately, that error occurred again. So I had to do a clean installation of Windows 10. Now that issue is resolved, but the goddamn taskbar is not responding now. :-/

     

    You seem to be having bad luck, but there must be something that you're doing wrong.

     

    Personally, I have had the "opportunity" :P to install Windows 10 twice. Once, I officially upgraded from Windows 8.1 and it worked great. Second, I opted for a fresh and clean install when I upgraded to an SSD.

     

    Both these instances, had ZERO problems with Windows 10.

     

    By the way, I have Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit, and at that point in time, I upgraded officially from Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit. That upgrade lasted for almost a month without any issues.

     

    After getting the SSD, everyone recommended I do a fresh install. Problem was after doing a clean Windows 10 Pro install, it was not activating due to some key problem, and Microsoft Customer Care peeps were being a*s about it, so I just used *ahem* measures to activate Windows 10 Pro. So far so good, all programs and games work PERFECT and upgrades install perfectly too.

     

    About your taskbar issue, I have no idea why it's happening, but maybe there is something that you're doing wrong?

     

    Just saying that from my experience with an Windows 10 so far, it's been flawless, let it be an upgrade from Win 8.1 or a clean/fresh install :)

    No. It's not enabled by default UNLESS you have specifically been given an "International Debit Card". If not, then you need to give HDFC Bank an authorization to enable international transactions :)

     

    For this, you need to visit your HDFC branch and fill out a form. It will require the account holder's signature and hence this cannot be done over the phone or with customer care :)

     

    Same is applicable with HDFC credit cards. You need to specifically authorize them to enable international transactions on your card.
