SoTC, FF XII for PS2.
UC2, 3, KZ3 for PS3.
In my opinion, best looking game on PS2 is Silent Hill 2.
On PS3, Beyond Two Souls.
BLACK was the best looking game on PS2. It released just when the next gen consoles were being/about to be launched and looked almost like a next gen game at that time !

I dont know what kind of f**kery is that, even in trailer pc version isnt mentioned but it is selling on amazon uk.

BB is not designed to play with that style like taking on a mob singlehandedly, this isnt ninja gaiden.... When you encounter a mob, just run past them, hide, isolate and take them one by one - I feel the game is designed around one on one encounters !Yup that's the place. I tried isolating few of them and then fighting. The combat is so much fun! Thanks will try using alternate paths.

^^ I can never play like that, feels like it'll just dilute the experience especially with games like nioh / witcher 3 / bloodborne / horizon etc , also i always end up messing up the controls

Hmmm, looks like an overreaction from most of the folks here, Iron Fist seems ok for me - almost finished like 7 episodes so far .... i agree that casting could've been better though !
my most fav superhero show is Luke Cage though - maybe due to my tilt towards hip/hop music ! The selection of songs from Cottonmouth's bar auditions was just awesome ! Hope somebody makes an album of all the songs from that show.

why is iron fist being panned everywhere ? I found it to be quite decent, might be a notch below dare devil/luke cage, but leagues ahead of other superhero crap on TV like flash / arrow.
Only gripe I've with the show is that stupid superhero nurse character - claire. I just wish she stops interfering in everybody's business and wtf it feels like every superhero in NY have her on their speed dial ! When somebody injured it always goes like - "no forget hospital, too dangerous , i know someone discreet" - and lo behold CLAIRE - the superhero nurse who cures all life threatening injuries in back alleys/dojos and barber shops !

even nioh has a 30 FPS movie mode .... i think if you want visuals you sacrifice the frame rate, i just choose action mode though, its a video game after all !
BTW, all this talk about bb makes me wanna play it again .... might just do it with the cane this time around , just for the kicks
the first time around it was first the kirkhammer and then ludwig's sword .... easily the most OP weapon in the game ! -
As I remember ps2 games were $49.99, $59.99 started from a ps3 era ....Games have been $60 since NES days and i'm talking about 80's over here. I got my NES in early 90's and some games with it which were at that price. I had a relative in the US so that's the only way I got my hands on those.
And yes, it was in 2004 I bought the ps2 game.

No, its not patched. Pro Boost mode slightly helps with frame pacing but its still bad. It wasn't noticeable till I played Nioh. Its 60 fps at 1080p on Pro. No frame pacing issues too.
From Software needs to sort their sh*t together for next game.
visuals in nioh aren't that good , this could've helped devs maintain better frame rate. BB looks way better in terms of art / textures etc.

Rockbreakers are the easiest in the game once you figure out their weakness - that green sac at the belly area, just ౩-4 good strikes with hp arrows with good damage/tear mods will break it and take out 90% of it's health !You have to shoot his weapon until the overheat meter fills and then shoot triple hardpoint arrows quickly when it's core is exposed.
I beat it without even losing much health. It's pretty easy if you use right strategy.
Rockbreakers are spawned by Satan himself. They don't get any easier no matter how far you are into it.
They are too difficult.

IMO, stombird is the one that takes max time.... the corrupted version of thunderjaw can be challenging as well....

I think it's mostly fans from previous DMC games, the whole look of the protagonist was changed, which many fans didn't like....DMC was a great game. I don't why it gets all the hate.

Yep, DmC reboot was awesome, a little weird, buta good game nevertheless !I disagree, DmC had a great combat system that was even better in the later editions of the game where they removed the color coding restrictions. Vergil played like a dream too. Sure it wasn't the old DMC but on it's own it had an amazing combat system, I've finished it on DMD mode and it was a total blast.
They screwed up with the character designs and all the edgy stuff but the gameplay was fantastic.

I finished the fight in two tries (with ancient armor and shadow weapons). You need to get better armor and weapons before end game.... You should've had shadow weapons equipped with 40+ damage mods by now !That last fight with DeathBringer

Nope, I've played all three games, and I did enjoy all the quests thoroughly when I played as well. But, now if I look back at the game, I can't seem to remember any quests or characters fondly. Also, the ending feels so superficial now !Was it your first experience with the Witcher universe? If yes then I kinda agree, the game expects you to know who the main characters are. It assumes that you know who Ciri, Yennefer, Vessemir. Triss, Dandelion etc are as well the state of the world politics. The first two games cover most of the political setup and some of the characters. However some characters like Ciri and Yennefer are mentioned only in passing there and a big part of the books. However I can definitely see people getting confused with all the political stuff, the various kingdoms and who is who when the game begins. There's a very detailed in-game encyclopedia but you really can't do justice to multiple books and two games in a few lines of text.

W3 was a good game and all, but I never got into that whole politics of the land or the characters in it.... The quests were lot of fun, but none of the characters or the story stood out for me !

Play the main quest some more and you'll get good mods , sufficient skills points unlocked and good amount of shards as well. You can buy better armor/shadow weapons at meredian and then go do the CORRUPTED zones. If you go in when you are weak with normal weapons with lesser mods , the corrupted will just be arrow sponges !Ya dude i know.I craft as much as possible but lately some items were missing so will buy as i have shards now.

yep, for the size of the open world which it had, GTA V was damn impressive. I liked games like Heavy Rain too - character models / facial animation etc were too good in that game !
