You're not supposed to purchase using VPN, Steam might ban you for that.

 

Ask some friend who is living in USA or other country to buy and trade it with you.

can any experienced steam users help me out please? I use a US VPN and had earlier thought of buying Fallout NV and Fallout 3 from steam using vpn...

 

but reading comments here it seems that steam can ban our acoount for using vpn to bypass region...

 

searched gmg and saw only fallout NV(non ultimate) and there is no fallout 3 over there....

 

are these 2 games(ultimate/goty editions) available anywhere else except steam for discounted prices?

 

or is there any way to buy them legally on steam without facing ban?
