    I play ton on Series S and I have no issue in accepting graphics look very pretty.

    Constantly pimping series L, passing veiled snide remarks against Ps exclusives in threads, that is a coping mechanism actually, for poor choices made-_-

    Yes, because switch isnt competing in the marketspace of "the most powerful console ever". Series S has nothing going for it except the cheaper price-: neither has the specs of series X nor the lineup of ps5/switch.

    Series X is the better one, series L is the inferior model. If you are buying a next gen  console and budget isnt a limiting factor, get a series x.

    (All back to back without playing any other title in-between or along with).

    I have been completely immersed in the GoW universe and the lore along with the smashing gameplay has kept me completely hooked. Not to mention the tremendous action my thumb and index fingers have been getting lately! :rofl:

     

    I completed Ascension last evening and thought will take a break before I pick up GoW 2018 or maybe switch things up and play some other title before I get into it but I seriously can't detain myself from jumping in, it's too darn tempting.

     

    And so installing it on my PC and beginning GoW 2018 tonight :dance:

    Ascension is the shittiest gow, and a very shitty game.

    Surprised they didn't do the cutscene in-engine but then the base platform is Switch so...

     

    Never going to buy this on PC, will probably get a Switch next year and play on that for the true nostalgic portable experience.

     

    Also hope the ending in this is the not like the original but matches FF7 Remake ending.

    Not worth getting on switch. The visual upgrade is massive on ps4/ps5. Only the 2-3 movie cutscenes arent upgraded, else in engine cutscenes are all upgraded. If portability is essential, buy a steam deck and play on that.

    To be fair up untill ps3 gen Final fantasy games pushed the visual limits on consoles. It was only during the ps4 gen they fell behind, mainly because of luminous engine and the ff vs 13 debacle.

    After the way SE has treated Crisis core reunion I'm expecting good things from 16, fingers crossed.

    anyway i reached out on whatsapp and the bot asked me to perform a system reset and the pixel vanished after that. now i gotta install everything and login again everywhere. and if the pixel reappears i will have to go through this again. in my experience once samsung tv develops a panel fault it definitely gets worse every passing day.

    Agreed. Have had a horrible experience with my Samsung washing machine with drier. Drier is supposed to make clother cupboard dry but they remain slightly wet since day 1. On calling the samsung engineers we were informed the clothes will not be 100% dry by design. Whats the point then?:doh:

    Make sure you haven't turned on 120hz mode in the game. I made the same mistake and everything looked dull (basically defaulted to lowest setting). Then i turned off 120hz mode and switched on RT etc. It looks beautiful but yeah was expecting more. I guess luminous engine isn't good enough.

    Dc movies were getting progressively worse after Justice League, but the way these guys have treated Cavill I really hope no A lister ever works in a DC superhero movie again. There was nothing wrong with Cavill's Superman, he was perfect for the part.
