Don't know about Sony, but the service by Samsung is horrible. It was only thanks to Croma that my Faulty washing machine was replaced within warranty period. Otherwise Samsung and their local repair associates tried their best to delay the resolution till the warranty expired.

Not true. Here in Delhi, restaurants and pubs used to be packed from Friday to Sunday. Places like kebab joints and dominos/burger king used to be packed on weekdays as well. Post covid, don't know how the scene will be. Don't know when we'll come out of this Chinese plague.
