  1. After hunting for nearly 2 months, the lowest I could see on AMZ was 29GBP. It went OoS lat month at nearly the same price, so didn't want to take a chance with it. Shipped via SnS for 550 bucks (no customs).

AMZ US has it for 70$ last I checked. AMZ UK is now OoS.

Btw, layton is available on ebay for 22GBP including shipping to India :P

  2. I watched it :suicide:

Movie went frm softcore p@rn to species 2

Nothing more to say abt it

Have to break up with my gf if she asks me to watch the next part.

When you say softcore, does that mean kristen stewart shows some boobies or more( :P ) in the movie? This alone would make the movie worthwhile :P

  3. And that's why I didn't call ya.

Anyways, Immortals ? What say ? Also there's a mini Comic Con this Sunday from 1 to 5 pm @ 1, Boulevard, Saket. Wanna come ? My exam is from 10 to 1 and then I'm free. *Might* go for it (still not sure).

    Where is this?In select citywalk?

  4. Saw Tintin 3D.

Firstly, the movie doesn't need 3D, but having said that, this is the 1st ever 3D movie I've seen which is free of subdued brightness & contrast which are normally present in all 3D movies. Also I was quite excited seeing Daniel Craig, Simon Pegg & Nick Frost have lent their voices.

But I still don't get the hype around Tintin. The movie did have its moments, though I don't picture myself wanting to see it again. Some of the sequences are awesome, like the eagle chase. Captain Haddock is easily the best character of the movie !

The CGI is so believable that you'll forget you're seeing animated characters 10 mins into the movie.

Finally, I suggest you pick up a late night show to avoid wailing babies in the theatres. :|

    You, sir, are jelly! :threatenlumber:

Hey rash do lemme know if you want to combine orders next time.I'm planning on ordering some figurines from US.I can either combine my orders with you or find some relative to bring it :P

  6. There is little to recommend here beyond the Rajinikanth cameo, unless you like your Shahrukh endorsing, flag-waving fanboy jingoism taken to extreme lengths.

Clearly a rajnikanth fanboy.I bet if Rajnikanth had starred in this movie instead of srk , he would have reviewed it differently.

  7. i have watched this one in bits n pieces earlier but not from the start n i have watched the hindi version...m yet to see the original one though....m scared of watching the b&w movies since m afraid they might be boring but since u guys have recommended, i will go for the original one too as m pretty pleased with the other two versions of it....original to banta hai ;) thnx guys!!

Its a colored movie and ,don't worry its really interesting. In fact all the older Hindi movies used to be good unlike the crap we get these days(except for a few movies).
