Im in the same boat. I feel amazon might just pull it off for launch day delivery. Flipkart is pretty strict with their pre defined packing date. In my case have ordered 50+ times and never have they ever shipped an item before their packing date. And this one too shows up on 2nd feb. But i have seen them packing n shipping at 1AM mostly on same date.

Mail sony tweet the same. Sony centre taking you for a ride. Sony might just arrange a delivery for you in the coming week or worst case they get you the refund.

If i remember this is what milestone practice was as well back in the days. They used to ask retailers not to ship in advance and ship on launch day itself. A 1 year extension on warranty should have been sweeter instead of a month. :0
