    Not surprising you are not getting 10K refund as basic level reps won't be able to do it. Also since you mentioned about the seal, better to just refund it.

    I've written an email to them regarding the same issue ( cs-reply@amazon.in ) , but I'm assuming that this will just go back to the same personnel that wont be able to do anything about it. So i think returning it is the best option.

    Check if they match. If they do, then they accidentally sent you a DE. 

    Otherwise, they sent you the wrong product. 

     

    I just checked the box , nothing on there matches my order number , except for my name and address.

    They can only offer full refund in case of return  . 

    Go for full refund no point wasting time with support staff

    Ya i tried it , one customer support guy asked for images of the product and of the MRP tag , put me on hold for 2 mins but ultimately he came back and said that he cant do anything. Just going to return it for a full refund.

    The problem is , there is a small seal at the bottom of the box , and that looks like it might have been tampered with. Now i dont want to open the main seal at all. I escalated this same issue to amazon customer service in case of any mischief being played. So its quite a shady scene overall.   I would have kept it but i want the disc edition for back compatible games.

    I bought a ps4 pro from Souq about 2 months ago , and i havent faced any issues regarding games not working. I think for games the ps4 is region free, the only issue that might crop up is for Blu Ray movies and maybe DLC for games but you will need to confirm with someone else regarding the same.

    But as far as the hardware goes, i got it from souq and so far so good.
