WTF!! I thought this is the VR sequel

Feeling the hype Some consolation for E3.

Finished Route A, immediately started Route B and I am almost towards the end. Saw posts about people not liking Route B much, but thats not the case with me. Off-course the sense of wonder from Route A is missing, but lots of new cutscenes are sprinkled frequently to keep me motivated to proceed with the game.(The context given to opera boss ?). And the soundtrack is awesome too. Elevates the boss fights. Also focusing more on side quests this time. Game gives no indication that you are reaching a point of no return because of which lots of side quests were left unfinished during first playthrough, which I'll have to play again Havnt seen many recommending this gem of a game. Please dont miss this game, if you havnt played this yet

I said minority Have seen lots of posts from ppl who never cared for GoW earlier, liking this game and at the same time ppl who liked older games, not liking this one much. No doubt regarding the games being exceptional though, considering what they have achieved on the platforms they were originally released. Even Ascension I would say could be called mediocre only when compared with other GoW games, it was decent otherwise. Had too much expectations I guess. It looked exceptionally good, gave competition to early next gen games. Had much better combat system, time bending mechanic was cool and worked well with the puzzles and had great boss fights too. The opening section was amazing like all GoW games. He is indeed. All his interviews are a joy to watch because of his sense of humour. Few days prior to the release of GoW(2018), for several hours, he was reading posts on Era and was tweeting funny replies, adding to the hype which was already off the roof at that time. Man, that was a good day!!

Seems like I'm in the minority who liked both the old games as well as this one. It might be because of the phase of life while playing. Was in my early 20s and enjoyed the mindless violence of the old games. And now liking how GoW and Uncharted 4 has changed the tone...feels like the games are growing with me This is so cool!! (Jealous)

Makes sense. Cost of index alone is more than all next gen systems combined & what will xbox do with a VR game?

Lol...doing something like this for the entirety of a game And file size of the demo is 25 gb?? Thats almost double the size of an average, good looking "full" VR game.

Towards the end and this is one of the best games I've ever played. Loved: Novel story and setting and a very unique prospective of the world This has made the side quests a lot of fun too. Memorable main and side characters... ...that includes the awesome bosses too Great combat. Hated: Map. One of the worst as far as I remember in a game I've played. Many times it makes more time to find the spot than to complete the quest itself. Story bits/lore being discussed while a boss battle is going on. "I" found it hard to concentrate on both at the same time. Had to YT the section again later on. No auto save. Campaign was full of WTF moments and this is just my first play through. Will surely be doing multiple play throughs to get all the endings.

So many games at once I find it difficult juggling between even two games.

Started it and what an amazing game this is!! Awesome gameplay and from whatever I've seen and heard story would be great as well. Though its no way near in terms of graphics but the opening level is god-of-war level badass. Hope to stick to it to see all the endings.

Never had any doubt regarding visuals bcoz Infamous:2nd son Stealth gameplay in gaming though, Hide in grass -> Throw something to distract -> One button kill Hope there are no mandatory stealth sections. That cinema mode, good for those who like options I guess, but it takes away so much from the beauty of this game. +1 Dint even bother to watch the trailer for the latest one.

So powerful, you can even play Ori.
