If you dont want me in the team thats fine, but I want to clarify that I did respond to ur pm. Oye brotha, my 1st PM to you and kamal was on 11th July, which again on reminder you asked me how much time do you have to confirm whether you wanna remain in the team. I told you asap, or maybe like in couple of days. After 8 days I sent you another reminder and tried to reach you over gtalk too to get a confirmation. Lekin this is the 1st time I'm hearing from you after that bro, and I guess this is your 1st post in our team thread. The only response I got was from Kamal that too I had to make someone call him to respond. I think he has vanished again. Its not that I dont want you in the team bro, I dont have any reasons for the same. Its only because we did not hear from you from a long time and were mostly unreplied. Its always hard to break up a team and reform. Also the decision is not mine, I'll put you on the inductee list for all present members to decide. While I understand his pressures, but at the same time I dont wanna take help of yours or anyone else's to contact our team member this time. A team member should have the responsibiliy to respond, we dont mind trying to contact a member with any means that suits him, PM, gtalk, phone, email etc. But then we should know how to reach a member, the suitable means of communication shud be spelt out. One more point I would like to add in general, one can get busy with personal life with whatever reason and that he is not able to respond, we understand that perfectly. But one needs to have a curtsey to at least tell us that he would be busy in something and wont be able to respond and that the member's acceptance is there by default in regular team business. Here the team is promised that the member will be active but then he is no where to be seen again without notifications, in such circumstances the regular working of the team gets hampered. killzone123 Posted July 29, 2009 Report Share Posted July 29, 2009 ^^^totally agree with you on this...both your posts... its such a irony that till date Kamalpreet and the_big_J never even posted once in this thread...we all have a busy life,but can one be so busy that he cant even reply once...we take time to reply does that mean we are all jobless secondly the_big_J posted yesterday after we thought of making a new team...where were you the_big_J all these days bro...i have seen you log in GI ,how long it takes to type a reply in thread or pm... till date it was vineet who only use to pm each member asking his views if we should purchase something,even he never got reply to those 90% of the times...and i must admire his patience that again he use to pm after purchasing the games informing members to download...is this his job???? what does a team mean btw...if the members in a team dont even have the courtesy to reply,inform etc well i dont think the word team suits there then... Vineet is the one who leads, coordinates the entire show, we jus tell him what we are interested in, and he does the rest, and we love him for that (atleast i do), the main reason I responded in that thread is cause I was incorrectly accused of not responding when I did, Vineet should be able to confirm this. PS - Obaid if i recall correctly you also has some falling out with Vineet and decided to leave the team within a few days of you joining or something, after I did write to you requesting you not to leave and that we would really like to have you in our team, if I wasnt bothered, I would not have done that. Bro, I've already mentioned that the only reply I was able to get from you was that you would think and reconfirm me if you wanna stay in the team. Nothing on Fifa DLC, at least I did not get any PM. Even if I assume that you replied to me with that DLC request, I sent you lot of PMs and gtalk hellos, you should have then guessed easily that I did not receive any PM from you. Bro, there is no accusations of any kind what so ever, its just a reason that we think effects the functioning of the team. I had so many times sent PMs giving link to this thread and asking members to vote for new releases and whatever they need, say even if i missed your PM you should have posted a request in this thread. Remember, I'm not saying/accusing whether or not you sent me any reconfirmation, but rather I'm saying that I did not receive any, and neither did this thread. This topic is being discussed in this thread from long time even before I sent you any PM, for record check the 1st page of this thread and you would find traces of the same. Henceforth, I propose a change in the functioning, I dont wanna lead or anything, I want the team to lead, so I propose, whatever any member wants should be posted to the thread and we vote, once we have the votes who ever is online may proceed and buy it and intimate in the thread. This way the team leads. For your special PS to Obaid, i'll leave it to him to respond. EDIT: one more thing, I've already added you to the inductee list, let the team lead and decide. These were healthy discussions, never on any serious note from my side, but if this is becoming ugly, we should stop right here as gaming is about friendship only. Generally no one objects even if he does not want the game, till one thinks its entirely waste of money. We wont be buying anything that we already have, ex: Q4B here. Also, our objective is not to build a short term team for few downloads, each one of us refills $20 when the funds gets exhausted to keep the team going. Feel free to seek any clarification, once you are satisfied let me know, i'll add you to the probable member induction list. Hmmm....so do I have to BUY a psn card and add it to the common account? Can I just transfer $20 to one of you guys via paypal ? I'll find that much easier to function. And yes, I am also looking for a long term team, otherwise there's no point in such associations. lets have voting for good games and wand whichever gets more vote wins. Lets not splurge on games impulsively.
