Effective ways to quit smoking. 1> Kill yourself 2> Ask your friend/GF to lock you in a room with enough games all 3 consoles plus a kick a*s gaming rig. (Food will pushed in through a small hole at the bottom of the door) 3> Go back to the save point of your life before you strated smokig and play it all over again (wish that was possible) 4> Now, something more practical; try nicotine patches. There are these nicotine chewing gums, easily available; they are pretty effective too.
