People were so keen to find out that I was asked a hundred times a day. One man drove from Holland and banged on my front door demanding that I tell him. So, can I make one thing clear about the new one who makes a (spectacular) debut in Top Gear tomorrow night. I don't know who he is. I have not asked and I never will.
