VanillaDuo Posted October 22, 2009 Report Share Posted October 22, 2009 I bought apc ups 500 for just Rs 2200 ...it gives me enough time to shut down my ps3 and even television.Dont you think Rs 9000 is too much to spend on it just for enough power to shutting down. playstation Posted October 22, 2009 Report Share Posted October 22, 2009 I have my speakers, tv and ps3 connected to it, so its kinda enough, slim consumes half the power compared to a fat, so a 1000va ups is not necessary, but i have those big lame models with BC which take 300w oh okay. but the price of 1000va is quite a lot compared to 500va (which i have ) it should have been double of that ...like say around Rs5000 .wonder why it is Rs 9000 ??,any special features coming with it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But i have heard that if the UPS is not a true sine wave generator (Which costs a lot around 16000/-), then it may cause problem in PS3 PSU after a long run. That's why sony recommends to connect it to Wall socket output not to any inverter or UPS. That can also void warranty. Although using a mere surge protector is recommended. Is it just me, or are treasures in uncharted 2 are a bit more difficult to find......., till now i have collected only about 33..... And another question.... if you remember in uncharted 1, once you finish the game and want to play it again on the next difficulty level....you loose all you collected in the previous play....i.e. no carry forward....so if anyone who has finished the game (which i am sure many have)......can clarify whether carry forward is enabled here in UNcharted 2.... Thats strange, maybe my memory is failing me, maybe that was when i downloaded the Trophies enabling patch in UC, that undid my saves.....but anyways....thanks for the information on UC2.... Mgs4 is like mani rathnam movie , class art and grand epic. Uc2 is like yash chopra movie, wholesome entertainer, masala drama action and filmfare award winners.
