AtheK Posted October 23, 2009 Report Share Posted October 23, 2009 You know in any other game people would be absolutely gushing about the level of detail and the realistic water and snow and weather effects. the water and snow are particularly amazing - water is different and behaves differently inside the mountains and in the jungles. There's this one scene in a cavern where Drake walks over a thin film of water and it shimmers exactly like it should. And the snow - oh the snow! Here is a game where the sum total is much much greater than the parts. This is GOTY easily. and this guy was Xbot like three months back...
