I have both the consoles & have even played the same games (like fo3, nfs carbon, burnout paradise) on both consoles. Personally for me .... - PS3 exclusives are equally superb as X360. I can neither live w/o halo 3, nor w/o mgs4! - PS3 is the closest I can get to watching high-def blue-ray movies in India, just a single player frm Sony or Samsung costs 29,000! It's a big boon for movie buffs like me! - PS3's in-built wi-fi means i don't have to move muscle or money to ensure my console is net - connected! BUT.... - My pathetic experience with fallout 3 & nfs carbon led me to conclude that multi-platform titles are better off on X360. So I prefer it over ps3 for games available on both - Relatively longer title list for X360 means I don't have to search / wait for good titles plus trading them is easier, thanks to it's larger penetration in India atleast - X360 has been my first console, so I love it like anything (hence slightly biased ) However, I firmly believe "It's the games that decide which console to buy, not the other way round" (unless ur a poor soul gnawing on ur dad's feet asking money for it!!) ;, in which case, a decision can be made from the posts on this thread ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Just kidding, looking at the posts all over this thread, it looks like the E3 console wars thread. One article is like a spark to a barrel full of gasoline. Why compare consoles on sales?? Really, why can't people just have fun playing a good game on the console of their preference. And a number of folks I know don't just buy a 360 cos they like the games, seriously.
