GamerZ-Cloud Strife Posted October 15, 2007 Report Share Posted October 15, 2007 Mine is too ms28...blaster 360 sucks..i have used it..i don't reccomend blaster360 to mod ur 360...just buy VIA SATA adapter and mod ur 360..modding ms25 and hitachi and etc r easy to mod..but ms28 is little bit hard...hey vinitwins ur is modded one nah... nope, have spent over 65k of my hard-earned money on my 360 till date... V ps: since my 360 is out of region, i'm considering testing these soft mods just for educational purposes (and if all goes well ) ohh...yaa soft modding is best and cheap..keep backup of ur Drive key before modding... You can use VIA VT6421A chipset SATA convertor card, available on ebay India for 500Rp. I found a good video and nice PDF guide about flashing MS28 using that card so you don't have to do wire trick and its pretty easy. I'll get back to you soon.. vinitwins Posted October 15, 2007 Author Report Share Posted October 15, 2007 i'm also planning on buying a core console (3yrs warranty!) and will use that as my primary gaming machine. my US console (unmodded, out of region, no warranty) will now become my guinea pig and hopefully i'll be able to install the latest ixtreme firmware this weekend - in all probability i will keep that console offline (although there is no problem with the latest firmwares and the current dash update + online games including orange box and halo3) i think this gives me access to the best of all worlds - offline box will play the latest games as soon as they are available. will then PURCHASE any game that i want to play online for my indian console *when* its available locally ($%$@# still waiting for orange box - the fracking iso has been available since 9th october!) V Spoofed Gamertags?? Never heard of that before. Is that a term you came up with ? You cannot spoof gamertags FYI so either you are misinformed or you know something Microsoft does not. If you mean people setting their country to India...unfortunately nope but unless you are decent at gaming and capable of getting a high/er gamerscore its pointless I have been talking to the head honcho at MGC since we have received numerous complaints about this in HK.
