RockinGeek
Guys i got Batman AA GOTY yesterday, i am planning to buy durable set of 3D glasses, i am bit confused need some help here This game uses patented Trioviz 3D technology and has green magenta frames in the glasses instead of the anaglyph cyan-blue frames, i spotted a US seller on e-bay selling Trioscopic premium green magenta glasses, however i am skeptical if these glasses would work with the game, To make things bit clear, Anaglyph 3D technology is bit older and not used much these days, Trioscopic 3D technology was used for movies like coraline, my bloody valentine recently, DVD's and Blu-Ray movies for these 3D movies were provided with Trioscopic green magenta glasses and the glasses provided in theaters are polarized ones, which also come with Nvidia 3D kit they cannot be used with this game Posting links below on Trioviz 3D technology and the ebay item Trioviz 3D technology: http://www.trioviz.com/trioviz-3d-glasses.html E-Bay Item: http://cgi.ebay.in/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewIt...em=140381662245
devil_angel
Does anyone know whether the Batman AA GOTY 3D has been released for pc? EDIT: Also wanna know whether if it has released, it uses the TRIOVIZ tech or the Nvision tech.....That could mean a lot of impact on Hardware! Right
EDIT: Also wanna know whether if it has released, it uses the TRIOVIZ tech or the Nvision tech.....That could mean a lot of impact on Hardware! Well, I don't think PC version would use Nvision tech while 360 and Ps3 will have inferior tech that is Trioviz. Nvision is exciting, but it involves upgrades in monitors (120 Hz) and Trioviz is nothing better than Anaglyph, I simply have no hope in it. But it let's you play 3D on your normal TV and monitor right....That is much a better option than going for a monitor upgrade IMO....also heard good feedback from ppl who are playing it on consoles.... Yes, it does, but if you are ok with color bleeding, faded images and ghosting. Picture is not crispy and you get headache after some point of time. I am picking up Batman AA for 360, will see. But I am not too hopeful.

And you don't sound very much hopeful.....why pick up the game now? you might as well wait for sometime for some user comments about it here..... EDIT: I already have some ghosting in my 360 o/p because of the stupid cable!
Right
Yes, ghosting is something which is common in all the last-gen 3D techs, I have seen enough 3D content, to generalize that. And that is the reason I am not too hopeful. But still I like to explore, if the tech and it's implementation is good enough not to make people upgrade their TVs and Monitors, why not give it a chance. That's the Nvision tech I'm talking about.....It requires insane hardware.....that's why I was looking for the lower less cooler 3d version for PC
