So, anyone orderign the 12" batarang?

I already have a 12" batarang. *

Seriously thought this game is starting to look very promising indeed. Its seems to have the right mixture of Splinter cell and Chronicles of Riddick in it. If the developers manage to make it consistently good and pan it out to 8-10 hours this could be a very good game.

Bad innuendo.

anyone?

cheers.

Its flash based, so you only need to have the flash player plug in for the browser installed. If it is and it still doesnt play then there could something wrong with the server itself. Nothing you can do about it. I am having the same problem.

Eidos: Arkham Asylum is close to perfect

Speaking with MCV, Eidos’ head of UK marketing Jon Brooke stated his belief that Batman: Arkham Asylum is the firm's greatest title to date and that it's as close to perfect as they've ever come. While it's odd to see a publisher push one of its titles as the next great one, it's refreshing to know that they're willing to be so adamant about it.

“We expect Batman Arkham Asylum to not only be the biggest game of the summer but one of the stand-out games of the year. It’s as close to perfect as we’ve ever come, it looks amazing, plays beautifully and has a rich twisting storyline with enormous replayability. I’m confident enough to say that it will set a new benchmark for licensed games and it’s going to establish itself as one of our best games ever.”

For this to all fall in place, Arkham Asylum would need to be backed up by some solid marketing, which is probably why Eidos is planning such an extensive campaign for the Batman outing.

“We have an extensive four-month advertising campaign beginning with teaser print and online advertising,” explained Brooke. "This will be followed up with E3 online video activity and heavyweight online, TV and cinema launch support.

“It’s our biggest campaign of the year and we’re really set to make some noise.”

Sadly, we're still waiting on a concrete release date for the title.
