I find it kinda hard to believe the Sony figures. Given that Xbox is outselling PS3 in H2 by good margin every month, hell they were #1 console for 4 consecutive month, yes I'm talking of NPD. Since the US is biggest market for 360, EU both are neck to neck and JP where PS3 is ahead, is not big enough to overcome the lead.

 

 

One more point:

This is highly unlikely that PS3 beats Wii by 1.5 mils over a quarter and at the same time PS2 sells just 500K units less than Wii.

@Udham Big companies don't lie, besides you think MS would keep quiet if it was fake?

 

Its interesting they outsold the 360 inspite of Slim and Kinect, all they need is a price drop to make it affordable to everyone.

This way is better :P

 

But srsly, how the heck did PS3 matched 360 number in last 3 months? I thought with Kinnect hype and massive advertising campaign it was going to be landslide victory for the green side.
