Death Stryke
I'd still suggest coughing up 12.5k and getting the Dell monitor. Trust me dude, the 3k is worth it. I have owned the Benq monitor (Sold it sometime back) While its good and does the job, the picture quality was just jus about decent. But the Dell picture looked so much better to the naked layman eye when I saw it playing a movie. As Akash said, go for the Dell monitor at 12.1k. Totally worth its price plus its 24 inches, more real estate as well

(22" was the specification (size); and 2220 is the model number; some tabulated format that the guys at ITwares follow)

apextwin
Just a question here .. You get a 22" Full HD monitor for Ps3 and sell off the 15" .. Do u think your machine will be able to produce a output for a 22"? Dont sell the 15" if its able to display properly as you wont be able to operate on a 22" peroperly if your graphics card is piss poor
john117
^^ +1 , nemo dont sell ur lcd .. use it with your rig for browsing and stuff as judging from your comment about your pc not being able to play silent hill 2 , i doubt it will be able output at hd res.And anything at sub-native (1080p) on your hd monitor will look crap . Dear friend, there are other resolutions which do 16:9 too you know, like say 1920x1080. So why buy a 19 inch monitor when in his budget he can easily afford a 22 inch full HD monitor or a 24 inch monitor? BTW what's an HDCP port? I have heard of HDMI, but not HDCP port. Nemo
thanks for all the answers guys, really appreciate it. Just had a detailed convo with parents and they agreed for a monitor, but with a rider.. that i will have to give satisfactory results in studies. Most probably i will have to wait till next year to have one, kinda late i know but if i am to wait i'd rather go with the best stuff. After reading all u had to say I have decided to go for the Dell 24 incher. Hope fully by the time I buy it the price goes under 12k Thanks all, again
