You don't have to direct every new member to the search function when they ask a question. They will start using it sooner or later. Instead of wasting time telling them to search and accompanying it with funny images (that would probably take you a minute or two to search for anyways unless you're really weird and have them collected and indexed on your PC), please find the relevant thread for them and link to it in the thread. That would be a lot more constructive. Otherwise just ignore threads like this.
