I was all geared up for the pc version since I can use mouse and not the crappy controller.... but ... now it just occured to me what happened with world at war... there were no indian servers... which means LaaaaG is a definite cocern.... and now my frnd says MW2 will have dedicated servers for consoles..? and pc version is delayed by a full two weeks ( which i don't mind actually)... whts ur say PC or PS3???? reasons appreciated..... and im not too rich to buy both Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Joy Posted October 6, 2009 Report Share Posted October 6, 2009 NO COD on PC for me ever , I have played COD2,4,5 all have lag issues. I don't get ping below 250 on any server , and most are European servers. Some day luckily get 200 odd ping but most serves have a cap on ping limit , still lag is very much there in PC version of COD games. I came to console gaming and the lag is so much less compared to PC games , only game that lagged terribly was TF2 on PS3 for me. KZ2 sometimes has lag but its minimal , get it for PS3 version , I know its expensive compared to PC but its worth it for lag free online gaming with IVG friends. MW1 ran perfect on the 512kbps line on all the european servers Did not for me , I don't get ping below 250-300 ever on European and US serves on all COD games and yes I am on 512kbps connection only. I haven't tried any COD game on PS3 yet but its much less lag in online gaming on consoles compared to PC. Even racing games like Grid and Toca Race Driver 2 and 3 used to lag for me on PC from time to time. Its going to be awesome.
