jDaMn
Dude i got the VGA HD Cable..But the video isnt coming when i connect to my LCD TV.I connected it to the RGB PC port of my TV..Also cant connect to the Monitor..Plz help 1. Have you set the TV for the correct input? - VGA/component/HDMI/composite 2. Have you rebooted the 360 and set the correct resolution settings? - though the 360 usually does the job just fine, I don't have any experience with connecting vga to TV (I use a monitor. I do use HDMI - TV sometimes ... will try VGA - TV). I recommend using the regular 720 and 1080 settings (depending on what your TV supports). Start with a very low resolution and work your way up if you are not sure of what resolutions your TV can display. 720p=1280x720 , 1080p=1920x1080 3. Is the cable working on any other device? - is the cable at fault, did you get it brand new or used 4. Really reaching now, but the are the connections secure? - though it's very hard to go wrong with a vga connection 5. What do you mean by can't connect to monitor? - please elaborate 6. Is your Xbox up to date with the latest OS update (over live or PC) - one update (released long back) added support for additional resolutions specifically for vga. If you don't have live but want to update anyway, go here.

jcbn
I'm a lil confused, my cable has three connectors, red white and yellow like the one shown for the component HD cable but not the other three red ,blue and green one. What cable do i have? Its certainly not the vga cable coz it does not have that other kindof screwed on type connector + red & white connectors. Choron ka raja
Guys all I can understand with the posts here is that VGA cable is the best option to use monitor with xbox in case of core console, right. Cuz at a different xbox forum, people were all praise for component cable over vga. Getting quite confused as the video quality doesn't match the ones at the display in electronic stores. Even FM3 looks awful cuz of no anti-aliasing. Why am I getting such a crappy video quality, any idea?
